ICC rule says an international cricket match must have a minimum of 65 meters boundary (all around) in old grounds and 75 meters in new grounds.

However, in today’s match being played at Sydney (Aus vs SA) one side of the boundary is only 59 meters.

Hence, this ODI must not be considered as an international official match.
