Foreign Office Pakistan Zindabad!

Sad Story of the reversal of the US Government’s policy change in favour of Pakistan after my 10 pages letter dated 12 April 2022 to the US President Joe Biden:

It will not be out of place to mention that a very senior bureaucrat of the the Pakistani Foreign Office once told a friend that the US foreign policy
is not changed in the manner the writer was claiming.

However, as a proof, it can be verified that not only Allah (SWT) Blessed me success with the USA when it removed the specific word ‘PAKISTAN’ from their next joint statement in May 2022, the Japanese government also removed the entire PARAGRAPH in the next Japan – India Joint communique in September 2022. after I wrote directly to the Japanese PM on 22 March 2022 when on March 19, 2022 the Japan-India joint communique literally NAMED and SHAMED Pakistan at Para # 8.

We can observe the highly offensive language used against Pakistan in the relevant part of the Fourth Annual US-India 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue Communique of 11 April 2022:

The Ministers strongly condemned any use of terrorist proxies and cross-border terrorism in all its forms and called for the perpetrators of the 26/11 Mumbai attack, and Pathankot attack, to be brought to justice. They called for concerted action against all terrorist groups, including groups proscribed by the UNSC 1267 Sanctions Committee, such as al-Qaida, ISIS/Daesh, Lashkar-e-Tayyiba (LeT), and Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), and Hizb ul Mujahideen. The Ministers called on Pakistan to take immediate, sustained, and irreversible action to ensure that no territory under its control is used for terrorist attacks.

On the very next day on 12 April 2022, I sent the following letter to Joe Biden President of the United States tiled ‘An Open Letter to the President of the United States.

Link: – https://www.snayyar.com/an-open-letter-to-the-president-of-the-united-states.html

By the Grace of Allah (SWT) my above mentioned letter to President Joe Biden proved extremely impactful, which can be observed with the

Quad leaders-India Joint Statement dated 24 May 2022 which SPECIFICALLY OMITTED the name of PAKISTAN, as below:

MAY 24, 2022

Quad Joint

Leaders’ Statement

The White House

Para # 7

Relevant portion where specifically name of PAKISTAN was OMITTED:

We condemn unequivocally terrorism and violent extremism in all its forms and manifestations and reiterate that there can be no justification for acts of terror on any grounds whatsoever. We denounce the use of terrorist proxies and emphasize the importance of denying any logistical, financial or military support to terrorist groups which could be used to launch or plan terror attacks, including cross-border attacks. We reiterate our condemnation of terrorist attacks, including 26/11 Mumbai and Pathankot attacks. We also reaffirm UNSC Resolution 2593 (2021), which demands that Afghan territory must never again be used to threaten or attack any country or to shelter or train terrorists, or to plan or finance terrorist attacks.

Link: – https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2022/05/24/quad-joint-leaders-statement/

COMPARISON:

Now compare the above language and wording of 24 May 2022 Quad Joint Leader’s statement of the White House (word PAKISTAN was not mentioned) with the 11 April 2022 US-INDIA communique where name of PAKISTAN is SPECIFICALLY mentioned in extremely HARSH language, which proves the favorable impact my letter to the American President had, in favourably moulding the US Foreign Policy towards Pakistan.

Now, after the above mentioned 24 May 2022 tilt in the US foreign policy favouring Pakistan, this time the Indians reversed our gains in the US-India joint statement of 22 June 2023 [ link of Para # 32 https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2023/06/22/joint-statement-from-the-united-states-and-india/ ]

which is really a sad story of slackness of all the concerned in the government of Pakistan.

An Open Letter to M Ishaq Dar

Respected Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar Sahab.

السلام وعلیکم

Sir,

The budget of FY 23-24 you present on 9th June 23 has the outlay of PKR 14.5 trillion, but tax revenue generation of PKR 9.2 trillion ONLY.

In this regard, Dr. Ikram ul Haq has already proposed in minutest details how to generate over PKR14 trillion TAX REVENUE by reducing the tax rate, but expanding its base.

Now, either the Finance Ministry should accept the taxation ideas of Dr. Ikram ul Haq about the above-mentioned tax revenue generation, or it should inform the public that PKR over 14 trillion can not be generated with the proposals of Dr. Ikram ul Haq.

Sir, this is all the more a critical issue for Pakistan as IMF funding is undecided and FBR has already failed to collect tax revenue targets of PKR 7.6 trillion of FY 22-23 and now it will be required to meet the tax revenue target of PKR 9.2 trillion of 23-24 with reduced imports, which looks well neigh impossible.

As such, you may seriously consider the proposals of Dr. Ikram ul Haq for adopting the least disruptive taxation measures, which aims to generate tax revenues of above PKR 14 trillion instead of your target of PKR 9.6 trillion during FY 23-24.

Best Regards,

An Open Letter to the Indians!

A letter of the year 2019 even more relevant today.

From Pakistan With Love to All the Indians..!

Happy New Year 2019 – To All the Indians

New Year Resolution – From Pakistan With Love 💖 to All the Indians..!

While wishing all the Indians a very happy, peaceful and prosperous new year 2019, we would like to inform everyone in India that if at all, we have to be friends, then that friendship must be in true sense; and we must not act and behave with each other, in a hypocritical manner.

We Pakistanis would also like to assure the Indians that even if we wanted, we can’t conquer India. At the same time even if India wanted, it can’t pull down Pakistan, without India being destroyed, as well.

So, why to waste our time and energies in an imaginary hatred policies?
Why to waste our precious resources, in being the prisoners of our foolish past?
From the first day of the new year 2019, let us bury our bitter past and be friends in true sense, like all the European countries:

Ring out the old, ring in the new,
Ring, happy bells, across the snow:
The year is going, let him go;
Ring out the false, ring in the true.

Let us have a genuine peace. Let India remove all its strike forces from the border without any fear. Let us join hands to wage a war against poverty, hunger, disease and illiteracy. Let us turn this subcontinent into a bastion of peace and a heaven on earth:

Ring out false pride in place and blood,
The civic slander and the spite;
Ring in the love of truth and right,
Ring in the common love of good.
Ring out old shapes of foul disease,
Ring out the narrowing lust of gold;
Ring out the thousand wars of old,
Ring in the thousand years of peace.

India and Pakistan just need a period of single decade of genuine peace, to turn around its fortunes to emerge as the most potent economic and cultural power-house of this world.

The only condition is the genuine and authentic peace, like the one which exists in between the EU countries.

Why India and Pakistan should live for decades like divided Korea? Why both the countries can not live like united Europe?

Europe which was so divided that its residents fought two world wars; but now when sense has prevailed, Europeans are reaping the dividends of peace.

Now, when both India and Pakistan are nuclear powers, conquering one other is out of question, without Mutually Assured Destruction (MAD).

As such, those believing in success of low intensity wars are lunatics, living in fools paradise, like Hitler and Mussolini.

War between two nuclear neighbours is out of contention, because, even if one country using first strike option annihilates the other neighbour, the fallout of nuclear radiation will leave the victor, uninhabitable forever.

Thus, peace is the only option for India and Pakistan.

Don’t be afraid of problems between the two countries, because they will remain for ever, but we have to give priority to peace, over the problems.

Let us make a new start from the beginning of the new year 2019, with the slogan – Long live the friendship of the teeming millions of India and Pakistan.

Once again our kind regards and best wishes for a happy and prosperous New Year 2019 to all the Indians.
