Cricket lovers all over the world witnessed an amazingly exciting match between SL vs India.

In my opinion both teams played equally well. However, India lost due to the dropped catches.

Somehow, these days are very heavy on the so called big 3 of the ICC. In fact, they have been reduced to the pig 3 of the ICC.

Rethink your recruiting criteria. Recruiting “strangers” to boards — members who didn’t know each other before joining — tends to generate higher levels of governance quality. Boards should screen directors for “cultural intelligence” to ensure that the director has the skill and motivation to work well with the existing board.
Get team coaching. Transforming a weak board into a strong board is not investment-intensive, and the benefits are significant.

Afridi, is just waiting to be thrown out of the team, unceremoniously.

Shahid Afridi is proving again and again and again that he is a spent cartridge and a dud player.
