Who made Pakistan a Banana Republic?

A fit case for action against all provincial governments, who defied the orders of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, for not holding Local Bodies elections in the specified time.
In this regard, the Supreme Court, may debar from contesting general elections, all the CM’s and his cabinet ministers/advisers etc., to make it an example, so that no one dares violates in future, any orders of the judiciary.
These are the politicians, who by flouting the court orders with impunity, made Pakistan, a banana republic and a laughing stock for the world.
