Mr. Shoaib Muhammad, former selector Pakistan’s World Cup team and son of legendary Mr. Hanif Muhammad, has this to say on Nasir Jamshed:

‘Most people would give Jamshed a zero but I give him two marks – one for being called up for a World Cup and one for failing in three matches.’

My comments:

All those who selected NJ, called him in place of M Hafeez, allowed him to go as a replacement and played him in 3 World Cup matches, where he scored 5 runs and dropped many catches, deserves to be lined up in front of the PCB head office and given 100 times public whipping, in late Gen. Zia ul Haq style.
