Good News for Pakistani Foreign Office

This seemingly and absolutely impossible mission of convincing the current PM UK Boris Johnson and his government to NOT to tag Pakistan with reference to terrorism (while a former UK PM Gordon Brown once said ‘Pakistan was epicentre of terrorism.’) in the joint UK-India joint statement only succeeded  by the sheer Mercy and Blessings of Allah (SWT) Who guided me for writing to the *PM of Japan Kishida Fumio* (link:- https://www.snayyar.com/how-japanese-prime-minister-was-befooled-by-india-who-must-now-apologise-with-pakistan.html#sthash.jPmh9DyP.dpbs ) 
and to *the President of the USA Joseph Biden Jr.* (Link:- https://www.snayyar.com/an-open-letter-to-the-president-of-the-united-states.html#sthash.hnG4yROd.dpbs ) 
[explaining in detail that Mumbai and Pathankot incidents were all India sponsored false flag operations and it was in fact India, which was exporting terrorism to Pakistan, as per video evidence of their NSA Ajit Doval and the entire fake passport issue of Kalbhushan Yadev, which India could not even deny at the ICJ hearing] 
*and circulating all over the world particularly to the PM UK Boris Johnson who was the next dignitary scheduled to visit India.*
*By the Grace of Allah (SWT) the above mentioned  efforts bore fruit and India miserably failed to convince Boris Johnson and his foreign office officials to link and mention (in the UK-India joint statement) the name of Pakistan, as a country exporting terrorism, as per entire details given below.*
*Given below is the comparison of the two (Japan-India and US-India) recent  joint statements with the latest UK-India joint statement, wherein, the first two joint statements clearly mentions the name of ‘PAKISTAN’ but the last UK-India joint statement refrained from specifically mentioning the name of ‘PAKISTAN’.*

8. The Prime Ministers expressed deep concern at the growing threat of terrorism and underlined the need for strengthening international cooperation to combat terrorism in a comprehensive and sustained manner. They called upon all countries to work together for rooting out terrorist safe havens and infrastructure, disrupting terrorist networks and their financing channels, and halting cross-border movement of terrorists. In this context, they also called upon all countries to ensure that territory under their control is not used to launch terror attacks, to expeditiously bring to justice the perpetrators of such attacks. They reiterated their condemnation of terrorist attacks in India, including 26/11 Mumbai and Pathankot attacks and called upon *Pakistan to take resolute and irreversible action against terrorist networks operating out of its territory and comply fully with international commitments including to FATF.*They also concurred to strengthen counter-terrorism efforts in multilateral fora, and to work together on early adoption of the Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism (CCIT) in the United Nations.

Counterterrorism and Counter Narcotics
47. The Ministers welcomed the convening of the 18th Meeting of the India-U.S. Joint Working Group on Counter Terrorism and the 4th Session of the India-U.S. Designations Dialogue in October 2021.  The Ministers strongly condemned any use of terrorist proxies and cross-border terrorism in all its forms and called for the perpetrators of the 26/11 Mumbai attack, and Pathankot attack, to be brought to justice.  They called for concerted action against all terrorist groups, including groups proscribed by the UNSC 1267 Sanctions Committee, such as al-Qa’ida, ISIS/Daesh, Lashkar-e-Tayyiba (LeT), and Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM), and Hizb ul Mujahideen. *The Ministers called on Pakistan to take immediate, sustained, and irreversible action to ensure that no territory under its control is used for terrorist attacks. The Ministers committed to continued exchange of information about sanctions and designations against terror groups and individuals, countering violent radicalism, use of the Internet for terrorist purposes, and cross-border movement of terrorists.*The Ministers also emphasized the importance of upholding international standards on anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorism by all countries, consistent with FATF recommendations.

*Al-hamd-o-lillah Pakistan’s name was specifically omitted from the Para # 17 of the UK-India joint statement as below:*
17. *Both leaders expressed zero tolerance for terrorism in all its forms – and for all those who encourage, support and finance terrorism or provide sanctuary to terrorists and terror groups – whatever their motivation may be. They called upon all countries to work together to root out terrorist safe havens and infrastructure, disrupt terrorist networks and their financing channels, and halt cross-border movement of terrorists. They reiterated their condemnation of terrorist attacks in India and the UK, including the Mumbai and Pathankot attacks. They emphasised the importance of perpetrators of terrorist attacks being systematically and expeditiously brought to justice, and agreed to work together to take concerted action against globally proscribed terrorist entities and individuals.*
