Dhaka—Bangladesh’s Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wajid has confessed that her father Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was a traitor who formed a detailed conspiracy to break Pakistan into 2 pieces with the help of the Indian government during his stay in London in 1969.
Hasina was addressing a discussion in Dhaka to mark the ‘March 7,1971’ speech of mutiny, in which Sheikh Mujib called on the people of East Pakistan to prepare for the secession from the rest of Pakistan.
She said that her father made separation plans just months after his release from Kurmitola where he had been detained in the Agartala Conspiracy Case, in which the Pakistan government had brought sedition charges against him and 34 others.
“He went to London on October 22 1969, following his release in the Agartala case on April 22 that year. I reached London the next day from Italy, where I was living with my husband,” she recalled.
“It was there that my father at a meeting made plans for separating West Pakistan from East Pakistan, including when the war would start, where our fighters would be trained and where refugees would take shelter.”
“All preparations were taken there (London). I was serving tea and entered the room several times where the meeting between my father and some Indian officials was being held. I heard their discussions,” the Prime Minister said.
Referring to the recent debate over who first proclaimed Bangladesh’s independence, she urged all to go through the reports of intelligent agencies and foreign ministries of different countries.
She also said the Aug 15 1975 assassination of her father and family members, and the Jail Killings of four national leaders on Nov 3 the same year, were planned by those defeated in the war to take revenge for their defeat.
“Those who rewarded the killers had never expected Bangladesh’s independence. They wanted to impose the principles of the defeated forces on the people,” she added.

EU wants Pakistan as a scape goat..?

This has reference to the media reports that European Union is demanding from Pakistan to condemn Russia over its role in the Ukraine.

In this regard, firstly, the EU must ask India (the darling of the western world) to condemn Russia over its role in the Ukraine and then EU may demand any statement from Pakistan.

Moreover, Pakistan may also demand from the EU, to first ask India to honour its commitment in the UNO, about the plebiscite under the auspicious of the UN forces and observers, before they (the EU) wish any statement from Pakistan over the Ukrainian issue.

Furthermore, the EU must also condemn India in the most harsh words, about its role in the dismemberment of Pakistan, by invading the then East Pakistan, before it (EU) can think of criticising Russia, over its invasion of Ukraine.

What is good for the gander should also be good for the goose.

Pakistan had told the world way back in 1971 that if the rule of “might is right” was accepted, then be ready for more such invasions in future, from stronger nations on its smaller neighbours.

Now, why such a hullabaloo on Russian invasion of Ukraine, which has the same excuse of invitation from the pro-Russian population, as was the case in the East Pakistan’s Indian sponsored insurgency? It is very easy for stronger nations to create insurgency in any area of a smaller country and then invade that area, on the pretext of an invitation of secessionist elements to liberate them from the hold of the so called repressive rule of the original country.

Everyone is busy. So if you’re asking someone you don’t know for a meeting, you have to think of your request like a VC pitch. Answer the following questions: Why should he speak to you? How can you establish your credibility up front? How will a face-to-face benefit her? When you want to score a meeting, don’t presume that the other person wants to connect with you—that fact needs to be established first. In your initial message, give her a good reason to meet with you, and start with a modest ask. Don’t ask to meet for lunch—aim smaller so it’s easier to say yes. If you have a mutual contact, have him or her introduce you. That makes it easier for the person to see you as a colleague rather than a stranger imposing on her time.

Elixir of success..!

Rather than going for criticising the players, who are failing in their performances, I want to change the attitude and infuse passion and intensity in the team.

The attitude of the players must be changed, so that each player thinks he is playing for the country; and must display the maturity and responsibility, as if, he was the PM of Pakistan and captain of the team.

Players must give their best, forget about the result and leave it to Allah.

Players should and must also support and cover up the weaknesses of each other, so that it becomes the duty of the comrades to convert the failure (s) of a colleague into the success of the team.
