How to Build Economy of Pakistan Without Loans and Exorbitant Taxation?
In order to better understand the theme (higher taxes and more loans are deadly poison for a country’s economy) of this detailed write up, it is imperative to first watch the above video.
If anyone thinks that Pakistan’s economic turnaround can be achieved with the loans and policies of the World Bank, the IMF plus its current team of managers incharge of Pakistan’s economy, then probably, he was not aware of the fact these agencies and people have only one solution in their minds, which consists of three components:
~ Obtaining more and more loans from every possible avenue
~ Increasing number of taxes and their rates
~ Launching amnesty Schemes
As a common sense, giving fresh loans to repay the old loans, is no favour to Pakistan (which was already badly traumatised in every way by continuously fighting War on Terror since the year 2001) from any lending agency.
These loan giving agencies, if they really wanted to help a war ravaged Pakistan, which was fighting their imposed war on terror (WOT), as a front line state of the world, should have given special moratorium on loan instalment payments, for at least a decade to Pakistan. But, as a typical Economy Destroyer Agencies, IMF etc., further trapped a hapless nation, deeper into their debts, with exorbitantly high interest rates.
To further add to the economic problems of the country, the economy management team of Pakistan, kept on increasing the inflation, by enhancing tax/utilities rates and imposing new taxes with every conceivable scheme in their minds.
These merciless tzars, further devised money whitening schemes to make the rich criminals, who built their fortunes by evading taxes, look innocent in the eyes of the law.
Now, our economic malaise has reached such a stage that business as usual, is going to jeopardise our statehood, not in years, but in months.
The degree of the sovereignty of a country, is directly proportional to the state of the economy of that nation. Actually, in constant growth & development lies our salvation.
Moreover, we Pakistanis must know, that without any doubt, the easiest and surest way of moving ahead, is to stand on our own feet.
Foreign expensive loans may keep us afloat, but will never allow us to swim and reach the shores of the economic stability. To seek fresh loans, to repay the old loans, is a sure recipe of disaster for any economy.
According to a research [published by the Guardian dated 14 January, 2017] ( https://www.theguardian.com/global-development-professionals-network/2017/jan/14/aid-in-reverse-how-poor-countries-develop-rich-countries?CMP=share_btn_fb ) of the US-based Global Financial Integrity (GFI) and the Centre for Applied Research at the Norwegian School of Economics for every $1 of aid that developing countries receive, they lose $24 in net outflows. Now, one can easily imagine that if, aid can rip apart the economy of the developing countries in such a rampant manner, how cruelly the loans must be looting and destroying the economy of the loans recipient nations.
Similarly, the above research also exposed the economic crimes of the multinational companies, wherein, they indulged in novel ways of loot and plunder of the developing nations, quoted as below:
Quote.”Multinational companies also steal money from developing countries through “same-invoice faking”, shifting profits illegally between their own subsidiaries by mutually faking trade invoice prices on both sides. For example, a subsidiary in Nigeria might dodge local taxes by shifting money to a related subsidiary in the British Virgin Islands, where the tax rate is effectively zero and where stolen funds can’t be traced.
The above research also states the solution of the economic exploitation of the developing nations quoted as below:
Quote.”Poor countries don’t need charity. They need justice. And justice is not difficult to deliver. We could write off the excess debts of poor countries, freeing them up to spend their money on development instead of interest payments on old loans; we could close down the secrecy jurisdictions, and slap penalties on bankers and accountants who facilitate illicit outflows; and we could impose a global minimum tax on corporate income to eliminate the incentive for corporations to secretly shift their money around the world.” Unquote.
For the policy makers of Pakistan who are convinced that we can not survive without loans from the World Bank and IMF etc., the following extract from Cato Institute Policy Analysis No. 92: The World Bank vs. the World’s Poor
Link:- https://object.cato.org/sites/cato.org/files/pubs/pdf/pa092.pdf
Must be an eye opener which clearly states that $1 from the World Bank brings in $4 from the rest of the world.
Quote.
“Has the World Bank helped the Third World? Some countries have benefited, but most of the long-term aid recipients have only ended up with heavy debt loads, swollen public sectors, and overvalued exchange rates. Instead of spurring reform, most aid programs have simply allowed governments to perpetuate their mistakes. As one IMF official described the impact of foreign aid on Zambia, “It is fair to say that what we have done is to allow Zambia to maintain a standard of living for its civil servants [whose payroll amounts to 20 percent of the country’s gross domestic product] which is totally out of sync with the rest of the economy.”[128]
After scores of structural and sector adjustment loans, and after thousands of “reform covenants” in bank project loans, most LDCs still have policies that would qualify them for an economic insane asylum. If the bank has been unable to straighten out Third World economic policies after disbursing over one hundred billion dollars in loans and handouts, what chance is there that increased bank lending will correct these problems in the future?
The World Bank’s activities have been especially harmful because of its indiscriminate use of its “seal of approval.” Barber Conable recently bragged, “Look at the foreign aid program: the World Bank is one of the most cost-effective elements, largely because $1 from the World Bank brings in $4 from the rest of the world.”[129] Conable judged the bank’s cost-effectiveness solely by the amount of resources transferred to Third World governments, with no concern for how those resources are used and abused. The bank routinely exhorts Western banks to continue lending to LDCs even after those countries have effectively defaulted on previous loans.
The World Bank has had a destabilizing influence on the international financial system; it has encouraged huge expansions of doubtful loans, failed to encourage reductions in lending when its research departments should have spotted warning signs, and dogmatically viewed all transfers of resources as inherently beneficial. But the ultimate question is, Are more bad loans good for the world economy?
World Bank loans either go directly to the recipient government or must be guaranteed by the government. Thus, World Bank aid inevitably increases the politicization of Third World economies–even while bank economists lecture on the need for politicians to stop throttling the marketplace. The costs of politicizing aid are far greater than the cost of interest payments on private credit.
The bank claims that it needs to provide more aid to Third World economies to help them grow. But the bank itself is based on an outdated theory of development economics, which assumes that all Third World economies need for growth is to be provided with capital handouts and modern technology.[130] Now that economists are beginning to realize that domestic economic policies are more important for growth than international welfare is, the World Bank no longer has a clear rationale for existing.
Critics assert that adjustment requires austerity and that the developed nations must give LDC governments extra aid to help them adjust. But in most cases what is needed is not belt tightening but simply that governments loosen the noose that is strangling their own economies. It is not belt tightening to allow farmers to receive market value for their crops, thus greatly increasing harvests. It is not belt tightening to stop arbitrarily seizing the assets of private businesses. It is not belt tightening to privatize the operations of state-owned companies that are sinking the government’s budget. It is not belt tightening to reduce tax rates that are so high as to choke off income-generating activity. And it is not belt tightening to remove the pervasive restrictions on foreign investment that characterize almost all the Third World’s troubled debtors.
The case is often made that loans to LDCs should be increased because capital can be used better in the Third World. This advice may be well received in freshman economics classes, but it is unconvincing to anyone who has visited Tanzania. As Harvard demographer Nicholas Eberstadt observed, “The rights to private property, personal liberty, due processes and even to life itself are routinely ignored or violated by the overwhelming majority of sub-Saharan states.”[131] If a government is not trustworthy, how can it expect to be judged creditworthy?
For much of Latin America, the debt crisis would be largely “solved” if the citizens decided that the government could be trusted and called home tens of billions of dollars in “flight capital” that they had placed overseas to avoid expropriation. If a country’s own citizens don’t trust their government, why should the World Bank squander Western tax dollars subsidizing it?
Third World economic development would be aided more by foreign investment than by World Bank welfare. Yet as World Bank aid has increased, more and more countries have created barriers to foreign investment, thereby retarding their own development.
Five World Bank borrowers–Peru, Nicaragua, Syria, Guyana, and Liberia–have effectively defaulted on their bank loans.[132] Yet the bank wants to expand its lending in order to keep a net positive flow of assets to its debtors– to continue giving them $5 so they can repay $3. This may be in the bank’s interest but it benefits no one else.
The bank was created because commercial banks were leery of lending to sovereign governments. In the past 20 years, private lending to sovereign governments has exploded. If the private credit market for sovereign borrowers has any fault, it is that it is too generous to doubtful governments. In almost every case, World Bank loans now go either to countries that squander the money or to countries that could obtain private loans.
What the bank can do that private lenders cannot or will not do is provide money on easy terms to uncreditworthy borrowers. But every bank handout increases a recipient government’s ability to act irresponsibly and sabotage its own economy and reduces its need to rely on private credit markets. As the bank’s report on exchange rates has shown, bank aid boosts a country’s real exchange rate, thus making it less likely that the country will become self-sufficient.
Who benefits now from the World Bank, aside from inept Third World rulers and the bank’s own employees?
A few years ago the bank was considering establishing a commercial affiliate that would borrow in world capital markets and lend to LDCs at a profit. This is a good idea for the bank as a whole. If the bank never gets another dollar from the U.S., West German, or Japanese treasuries, it will still be able to lend over $13 billion a year because of its huge reserves and repayments of previous loans.
The bank should be required to support itself by selling bonds and existing on its own creditworthiness. Once Western governments stopped handing out money to the bank, its obsession with its loan levels would cease, and it could begin to make sound economic judgments. It would no longer have an incentive to back unproductive projects and incorrigible kleptocracies.
Giving countries money that will be badly used is worse than not giving them any money at all. Empowering corrupt and inept politicians to rule over their people has nothing to do with real development.
Perpetual structural adjustment loans for politicians who perpetually maul their economies and impoverish their subjects are an exercise in futility. If real policy reforms are made, people will have genuine incentives to invest or to lend these governments money. And if no real reforms are made, giving them money will only continue to squander capital and postpone the day of reckoning.
The less money the bank has, the more likely it is that its net effect on development will be positive. As long as the bank suffers from its current “have money, must lend” syndrome, it will continue pouring billions into floundering socialist regimes, inefficient government corporations, and harebrained mass migration schemes. A poorer bank would be a wiser bank and a better friend to the Third World.” Unquote.
Since the World Bank and IMF knew very well that their fresh loans to repay old loans will further sink Pakistan economically, but still they wanted to expand their lending in order to keep a net positive flow of assets — they continued giving us $10 so we can repay them $6. This may be in the bank’s interest, but it was deadly poison for Pakistan .
Since, these loans were given to us with deliberate ill intentions, Pakistan must stop repayment of these loans, on the very strong plea of being ODIOUS loans.
Now, the time has come to separate the growth, development, education, eradication of poverty & security of Pakistan, from the politics, forever.
It has been a standard political tactics in the past, to put the blame on previous rulers, by all and sundry, to divert the attention of the masses, from own failures and governance incompetencies.
However, now we must put a full stop to this non-sense, which has wasted the entire past lifetime of Pakistan.
Since, its a matter of impending economic collapse of the country, for which all of us are responsible in one way or the other; we should decide to look forward and forgive and forget each others sins of the past; and take each and every segment and political force of the society in confidence, for a very transparent scheme of our future development.
In this connection, Mr. Steve Maraboli has very appropriately said that “Make a pact with yourself today to not be defined by your past. Sometimes the greatest thing to come out of all your hard work isn’t what you get for it, but what you become for it. Shake things up today! Be You… Be Free… Share.”
Nothing can match the benefits of the collective wisdom. Let us build a new economically strong and politically stable Pakistan, by our collective decisions; knowing very well that no political party, group or institution is so strong, to run this country, single handedly, for a sustainable period, without the help and cooperation of each other.
We must also realise that our personal safety and better future lies in accommodating and cooperating with each other, with the sole aim of building a STRONG Pakistan, under the slogan “Re-born Pakistan”.
In this regard, it is suggested that, we should AIM to bring Pakistan by the year 2035, to the level at which Singapore was in the year 2010 (where country was developed first and politics allowed subsequently, not like Pakistan, where we have put the cart before the horse; and indulging in politics first and development of the country and society is the last priority).
All politics & other considerations should be made subservient to this TARGET for 2035, even if we have to abolish weekly holidays for the next 20 years & reduce our daily sleeping time to 6 hours.
All the stake holders, particularly, from the deprived sections of the society in Pakistan, must immediately come forward, for deciding about the direction of the future of the nation.
Biggest factor in any victory is self-confidence. Anti-thesis of terrorism is education, coupled with economic emancipation.
As such, the nation must embark upon the following agenda, to resurrect our economy without any further loss of time.
1. Request to all foreign donors for a 10 years moratorium, on all debt repayments by Pakistan, which is a frontline state of the world’s war on terror (WOT). Here, don’t forget that the world powers have totally written off loans of many countries, for much less cooperation than Pakistan, which is practically fighting their war, for more than a decade and a half.
2. 20% per annum reduction in all non-developmental government expenditures, plus total freeze in all perks paid from the national exchequer, involving foreign currency.
3. All government servants starting from the President, PM, Judges, military and civil personnel using official cars must use their vehicles for 10 years, before replacing it with new model.
4. Maximum tax rate on each and every type of income in Pakistan should be fixed at 10%. This will not only bring huge revenues to the government, but will also discourage the tax evasion tendencies.
The size of our undocumented economy is almost equal to the yearly budget of Pakistan.
The best way to minimise black money is not the launching of amnesty schemes, because the black money keeps flourishing after taking advantage of such facilities. If we really want to deal with the menace of undocumented economy on a permanent basis, the best way is to either eliminate taxes or reduce the rates of taxes to a minimum level i.e., not more than 10%. This low level of tax rate will not only spur an economic boom, but will also automatically encourage people towards paying the taxes; rather than giving bribes to the government officials, to save them from bigger payments of taxes.
5. Impart training of various modern skills to the country’s huge unskilled manpower for increasing the industrial and agricultural productivity, competitiveness, value addition & exports.
6. Special support and incentives for developing world class facilities for enhancing income from tourism sector, which should encompass religious, medical, educational, hunting, entertainment and traditional tourism, specially keeping in view how rapidly Dubai has become a world tourist destination by juxtaposing technology with innovative ideas.
7. Set a target for 20% per annum increase in foreign remittances, by offering innovative incentives to expatriate Pakistanis, which should even attract foreigners to park their money in Pakistan.
8. Outsource FBR functions (which will alone increase income by Rs.1000 billion) & IMPOSE FLAT 10% tax on ALL & EVERY TYPE OF INCOME (as already mentioned at 4. above), without any exemption (except for the security forces personnel, whose salaries may be doubled with expected receipt of un-precedented increase in revenues). This will not only reduce income tax burden on salaried class (with max. tax rate of 10%. Here don’t forget consultants are already paying 10% tax), but will also result in so much increase in revenues, to the extent that government will not require any tax fresh imposition, in the budget. Plus, the government will be able to give tax free salaries to all the armed forces, rangers, police and other security agencies personnel, who are shedding their blood, in fighting the menace of terrorism, for our and our children’s safe TOMORROW.
9. Pakistan’s Foreign policy is excellent in theory, perhaps the best in the world. However, this policy should be implemented in its true letter and spirit, with core emphasis on PEACE particularly with its neighbours; and Foreign Policy thrust and motto of all our diplomats should be that any and every action in their embassy, must result in the economic benefit of the country. Foreign missions exceeding their allocated targets of investments and remittances should be lavishly rewarded with monetary benefits.
10. Initiate steps (by imposing economic emergency specifically for austerity at every level) to bring each and every economic activity under document.
11. To attract huge world wide foreign exchange deposits from expatriate Pakistanis and foreigners, allow profit rate of 3% PA to be paid on half yearly basis, on Dollar and other specified foreign currency bank accounts in Pakistan. We should not forget that recently Pakistan borrowed at 3% from the IMF and sold Eurobonds at 8.25%.
Moreover, all ELIGIBLE NON-FILERS must not be penalised with any amount of taxation as they are LEGALLY not allowed to file returns as per law.
In this regard, very surprisingly our finance ministry has declared virtually the entire population of the nation as criminals in the eyes of taxation law, because, only just 1.12 million people in Pakistan are tax return filers and over 200 million or 20 crore residents are non filers and subjected to different, unjust and higher rates of taxation at almost every step of daily life, needs immediate reconsideration by the concerned in the government, wherein; crores of ladies, widows and men (above 20 crores to be precise) are wrongly and unlawfully declared as Non-Filers and subjected to unjust taxation.
Firstly, law of the land, allows all those retired persons who after retirement, have submitted three consecutive NIL tax statements, NOT to file any more tax statements. Then how come these persons are considered non-filers.
Secondly, all such type of persons, who are NOT required to lawfully submit Tax returns (like above 60% of the population which hardly earns $2 per day); are considered as illegal NON FILERS; and subjected to cruel and higher taxation rates, applicable to the non filers.
Just imagine, if a writ petition is filed in the public interest, how finance ministry will defend this tax coercion, from almost the 100% population of the country, because only about 11 lac people file tax returns.
Obviously, 100% of the country’s subjects can’t be termed as committing the crime of non-filing of tax returns. Hence, this is a discriminatory and bad law, which needs drastic and immediate review.
Our government can impose tax on its 100% population, but not in an unlawful and discriminatory manner, favouring handful of just 11 lac persons out of above 20 crore people of Pakistan.
Concluding, this is the best time for the government of PTI, headed by Mr. Imran Khan to have a straight talk with the USA government and the other international lending agencies that in view of Pakistan’s following relentless services for the world’s peace:
~ Steadfastly stood with the free world since 25 December 1979 USSR’s invasion of Afghanistan
~ Remained frontline state of WOT started by the 49 NATO countries on 7 October 2001
~ Helped conclude a peace agreement between the US government and the Afghan Talibans for an honourable exit of US forces from Afghanistan after the longest and most expensive war of the US’S history
~ Finally, after the Coronavirus attack, Pakistan is now in a dire and desperate need of huge funds (NOT FURTHER LOANS) diversion towards health sector for which it deserves and qualifies for an immediate write off, of all its due payments, to the world’s lending agencies, as the # 1 nation, which served the cause (with terrible human and economic losses not suffered by even the combined forces of 49 NATO countries) of liberty, freedom and terror free planet, for almost four decades, notwithstanding, the fact that it has already paid to its lenders, almost five times over the principle amount.
in this regard, all political parties and Majlis e Shura members must UNITE and chalk out a common strategy, for this supreme national cause of getting rid of our outstanding (so called) international debt, else, the economic meltdown, is staring Pakistan, right into its eyes.

#Pakistan should stop repayment of #Odious #IMF Loans ..!

I am more than confident that by the dint of sheer hard work, sincerity & honesty, which is imbibed in the bones of the Pakistani work force, we can surely bring Pakistan, into the comity of 20 developed nations of the world, in the next 15-20 years.
The leaders of Pakistan holding the destiny of this great nation, with highest manpower potential and material resources in the world, must remember the following two adages.
a. NOT FAILURE BUT SETTING LOW AIM IS A CRIME.
b. IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THE IMPOSSIBLE IT IS PRECISELY THE UNTHINKABLE WHICH MUST BE THOUGHT.

اسلام و علیکم
Since the last few days, our enemies have launched an unprecedented all out covert war against civil and military personnel and establishments, wherein, the entire country is suffering a bloodbath from East to West and North to South.
The attached video (link..cf06234d-687c-43f7-97f7-5a00f2ff30fa ) confirms without shadow of any doubt that according to the report of European Union Mandated Study by Conflict Armament Research, statement of General James Mattis, US Secretary of Defence and other international newspapers India is fully involved in sponsoring terrorism in Pakistan from Afghanistan by openly supporting ISIS. Now it is the duty of the entire free world to take strict punitive actions in the FATF and UNO to force India to refrain from destabilising the region.
In this regard, the above posted article of Cynthia Hall further exposes the declared intentions of Indian government to even explode a crude nuclear device using its proxy ISIS terrorists, to force China to abandon its CPEC projects.
In view of the highly volatile situation, it is extremely imperative that Pakistan responds to this emergency in a swift, effective and offensive manner, so that our enemies must know well and truly, that Pakistani nation will extract full price of their mischief against our motherland; else our enemies will have a satisfying feeling that Pakistanis are a sitting duck and they can destroy us with impunity, without any retaliation.
In this regard, kindly peruse the following article submitted to our government on 11 August, 2016 titled “Pakistan’s world war”, which is still very relevant, rather, even more relevant today, in devising the strategy to fight the scourge of terrorism, with proactive internal and external action plans.
PAKISTAN’s WORLD WAR
(11August, 2016)
Now, a time has come that Pakistan can not and must not allow this proxy war imposed by two of its known inimical neighbours namely; Afghanistan and India; to be just a kind of a routine exercise, to wait for the terrorists to attack, as per their will and evil designs; and after that we ask our law enforcing agencies, to go after them and their facilitators, with an iron hand. This sort of mind set will ruin us completely, sooner than later.
Offence is the best defence. Pakistan must inform the United Nations, Afghanistan and India that come what may, Pakistan will launch severe punitive strikes inside Afghanistan, on its terrorists training bases and on the Indian consulates, as well.
We must remember that when it comes to a do or die situation, especially for a nuclear power, then there is no going back.
Precisely, this was the reason that USA was absolutely ready for a nuclear war, when Russia planned to install missiles, in its back yard in Cuba.
Actually, the current strategy of our known enemies, to wage an out-sourced third party war, to disintegrate and degenerate a nuclear Pakistan, suits them as the best option, without any cost to our enemies.
As such, it is high time that our strategy is revamped and rehashed, to let our enemies and the whole world know very clearly that red lines of Pakistan’s conventional and nuclear thresholds have been crossed; and we reserve the right to use any and all weapons, to safeguard our national interests. This means clearly the use of nuclear and all weapons at our disposal, because we can’t sit idle and witness our own demise, without any punishment to the mischief mongers.
In this regard, if the UNO or the world powers wants to take steps to ensure peace on our western borders, we should have no objection, provided all the Indian consulates established, after the NATO invasion of Afghanistan, are permanently shut down, just as Russia accepted American demands, during the Cuban crisis. (In fact, before the start of the NATO invasion of Afghanistan the USA had accepted this Pakistani condition that India will have no role in this Afghan war on terror).
So, for a nuclear Pakistan, enough is enough. We must not forget that any all-out nuclear war between India and Pakistan, will not only be a complete annihilation of both the countries, but it will be an Armageddon, for the entire planet, as well.
As the matter is extremely grave and fraught with dangerous consequences, we must prove beforehand to the world the Indo-Afghan nexus against Pakistan, with factual statements of American leaders and scholars and other related water tight evidences and documents.
In this regard, besides the other evidences like the video of Indian NSA Ajit Doval, wherein, he is talking in detail, about his defensive offensive strategy and removing thorn with a thorn; the following must be used as a proof of the Indo-Afghan designs against Pakistan:
– In 2008, the Indian naval chief, Admiral Suresh Mehta, expressed concerns over the development of Gwadar port and had said, “Being only 180 nautical miles from the exit of the Straits of Hormuz, Gwadar, being built in Balochistan coast, would enable Pakistan to take control over the world energy jugular and interdiction of Indian tankers.”
– Senator Chuck Hagel, who later became US Secretary of Defence, earlier commented on India’s role in Afghanistan, during a speech at the Cameron University in Oklahoma in 2011, quoted as below: Quote “India has over the years financed problems for Pakistan from across the border in Afghanistan.” In his talk on Afghanistan, Mr Hagel reportedly said that India had been using Afghanistan as a second front against Pakistan. “India has over the years financed problems for Pakistan on that side of the border, and you can carry that into many dimensions.” He noted that India took advantage of tensions between Kabul and Islamabad for fomenting troubles in the areas that border Afghanistan.“ The point being [that] the tense, fragmented relationship between Pakistan and Afghanistan has been there for many, many years,” he said.
– Mr Hagel is not the only American to suggest that India has been using Afghanistan for stirring troubles in Pakistan. C. Christine Fair, an assistant professor at Georgetown University, made similar suggestion during a congressional hearing on Afghanistan in 2011.
– In June 2015 the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his visit to Bangladesh said “heard what my ears would never want to hear again – Narendra Modi’s acceptance of India’s lethal plan in the disintegration of East Pakistan in 1971, and its threat to destabilise Pakistan through terrorism.” His statement also proved that the specific aim of creating RAW in 1968 was to subvert the people of former East Pakistan and prepare grounds for the creation of Bangladesh for the training of over one million Mukti Bahini.
– The following text of India-Pakistan joint statement in Sharm-el-Sheikh between Manmohan Singh and Pakistan PM Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani on July 16, 2009 clearly proves that Indian hand in creating mischief in Balouchistan was exposed right on the face of the Indian PM:
Quote.”Prime Minister Gilani mentioned that Pakistan has some information on threats in Baluchistan and other areas.”Unquote.
– The following news titled “Capture of spy proves India’s interference in Pakistan: army” reported by the daily Dawn on 30 March, 2016 (Link:- http://www.dawn.com/news/1248776/capture-of-spy-proves-indias-interference-in-pakistan-army) leaves no doubt of active Indian sabotage and killings in Pakistan, which clearly tantamount to waging undeclared war by India against Pakistan:
News:
The army has said that the capture of an Indian spy in Balochistan is a proof of India’s interference in Pakistan. “This is no less than the state-sponsored terrorism,” military spokesman Lt Gen Asim Bajwa said on Tuesday while releasing a six-minute video of confessional statement given by the spy, who identified himself as Kulbhushan Yadav and said he had been operating under the cover name of Hussain Mubarik Patel. The military spokesman said that Yadav would be prosecuted as per the law of land. Responding to a question about granting consular access to him as sought by the Indian government, Gen Bajwa said he was caught red-handed while planning subversive activity in Pakistan and a decision in this regard would be taken later. “We’ll cross the bridge when we come to it. There are lots of technicalities involved in it,” he said. He said it was a rare incident for a serving military officer to have been caught in another country. In his statement, Yadav said that he was a resident of Mumbai, where he was commissioned in January 1991, and belonged to Indian Navy’s engineering cadre. He said he held the rank of commander and his service number was 41558Z. He detailed how he entered the intelligence world and joined RAW in 2013 after which he was assigned the task of promoting unrest in Balochistan and Karachi. He had previously visited Karachi undetected in 2003 and 2004 from Chabahar (Iran), where he had established his jewellery business to conceal his activities. He disclosed that he worked with Baloch student organisations and other insurgents for carrying out his activities. He said Anil Kumar Gupta, a RAW officer of the rank of joint secretary, was his supervisor. Yadav said he was arrested on March 3, 2016, and was voluntarily giving the statement and cooperating with his investigators. Gen Bajwa said the primary task given to Yadav was to revive the dying Balochistan insurgency and sabotage China-Pakistan Economic Corridor. Yadav, he said, was planning to attack the Gwadar Hotel where Chinese were staying and where there was presence of a sectarian organisation. The spokesman said they had planned to bring in 30-40 trained RAW operatives to coordinate and help in reviving the Baloch insurgency.
The world now must be informed that Pakistan is not in an ordinary war, rather, for us it is our world war, which is being fought for the life and death of Pakistan. Already Pakistan has suffered casualties of nearly 80,000 civilian and military personnel and about a trillion dollar economic loss. This type of war has not been witnessed by any other nation, in the history of the world.
Moreover, it seems that this fight may not end very soon, in the near future. As such, our civil, military and all non military people, will have to stand united in front of the terrorists, who are hell bent to fight this war, not in our back yard, but right in the middle of our homeland.
In any crime investigations, the first logical step is to find the beneficiary of that criminal act. Here, in Pakistan we have observed a pattern, which reveals that either, the terrorists have been targeting the GHQ, Naval and Air Force bases or indulging in specific targeted attacks on Sri Lankan cricketers, Chinese nationals and other foreigners, soft targets like pilgrims at far off places shrines, intelligentsia, polio workers, hospitals, educational institutions, busy markets, protestors on roads, tourists and Pakistani minorities.
All these operations are carried out (at specifically chosen vital timings) not only to inflict maximum men and material losses, but also to undermine Pakistan’s military power, sabotage CPEC, create isolation in foreign policy and inflict maximum damage on economy, sports and tourism etc.
We should not be so naive to indefinitely close our eyes and ignore the role of presence of Indian consulates, specially based near the Pakistan’s western borders with Afghanistan.
In fact, the terrorism in Karachi and the insurgencies of Swat and Balouchistan are a clear testimony of the Indian evil designs, being perpetrated through these consulates in Afghanistan.
However, Pakistan must clearly know that this Indian game plan, specifically designed to keep Pakistan bleeding for an indefinite period, will never cease, till such time we repay the Indians in the same coins, by devising a strategy, to fight fire with fire.
Therefore, it is high time that Pakistan officially warn India to immediately pack up all its consulates in Afghanistan, failing which we should also immediately take steps to establish our own consulates, in the border areas of all those countries, which share a common border with India.
The recent sudden increase of acts of terrorism, also highlights the importance of preventive measures to curb this menace, which is causing severe losses of innocent lives, material and reputation of the country.
In the cases of previous terrorist attacks on the GHQ, PIDC house & Pakistan Navy air base and other such incidents, it was reported that the gang of attackers were residing in rented houses for quite some time, in an area not very far away from their targets. It was also reported that the neighbours of these houses were although, suspicious of these tenants, yet, they kept quiet and did not tip area police, about their apprehensions.
Under the circumstances, there is a dire need for motivating general public, which must remain extra-vigilant, in playing their role of defending the motherland, by involvement of entire population of the country, to look out in their near vicinity, for the stay and suspicious activities of the terrorist.
As such, In order to make the stay of the terrorists at any such places, almost impossible; it is proposed to actively involve the entire population, to look out & hunt them.
This objective can be easily achieved, by the announcement of the government, that a reward of Rs. 100 millions or Rupees ten crores, shall be paid to any person, who informs the Police, about the terrorist(s) staying in a house, hostel, hotel, rest house etc.
If our war against terror and for our survival is to be won quickly, the entire population of the country, shall have to be geared up and involved in the task of watch and vigilance.
Last but not the least, as is done in many countries, compulsory three years military service law, must be enacted for entire Pakistani citizens, without any discrimination of rich and poor. Besides many other benefits, it will help produce a new generation of disciplined and physically fit Pakistanis.

Pakistan’s world war..!
Now, a time has come that Pakistan can not and must not allow this proxy war imposed by two of its known inimical neighbours namely; Afghanistan and India; to be just a kind of a routine exercise, to wait for the terrorists to attack as per their will and evil designs; and after that we ask our law enforcing agencies, to go after them and their facilitators with an iron hand.
Precisely, this was the reason USA was absolutely ready for a nuclear war, when Russia planned to install missiles, in its back yard in Cuba.
Actually, the current strategy of our known enemies, to wage a out-sourced third party war, to disintegrate and degenerate a nuclear Pakistan, suits them as the best option, without any cost to our enemies. As such, it is high time our strategy is revamped and rehashed, to let our enemies and the whole world know very clearly that red lines of Pakistan’s conventional and nuclear thresholds have been crossed; and we reserve the right to use any and all weapons, to safeguard our national interests.
(In fact, before the start of the NATO invasion of Afghanistan the USA had accepted this Pakistani condition that India will have no role in this Afghan war on terror ).

How to win Pakistan’s world war..?
Pakistan is not in an ordinary war rather, for us it is our world war, which is being fought for the life and death of Pakistan. This type of war has not been witnessed by any other nation, in the history of the world.
Moreover, it seems that this fight may not end very soon, in the near future.

In view of the seriousness of the situation and to keep the motivation of the general public alive, it is imperative to immediately announce the following initiatives:
1. Shaheed Chaudhry Aslam SSP and Shaheed Aitzaz Hussain (the 9th class student of Hangu, who grabbed the suicide bomber) may be awarded the highest national bravery award, for offering ultimate sacrifice, in beyond the call performances of their duties.
2. As a safety and precautionary step, government must announce that with immediate effect, no vehicle of any type, including cycles and motor cycles etc., be allowed to enter or be parked in any bazaar, throughout the country. This is a harsh and very inconvenient step, but it may save many lives.

محبت فا تح عالم “Love Bigger & Richer than Alexander the Great”
How to checkmate (a position in which a player’s king is directly attacked by an opponent’s piece or pawn and has no possible move to escape the check. The attacking player thus wins the game) the Indians in Afghanistan?
No two countries in the world are so intertwined (entwine, interweave, interlace, interthread, interwind, intertwist, twist, coil, twirl, ravel, lace, braid, plait, knit) and at the same time posses such a high degree of acrimony as Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Surprisingly, despite having done so much for Afghanistan by Pakistan, the Indians are having so much hold in Afghanistan, as if, it is another province of India.
In my humble opinion, if Pakistan and Bangladesh have remained one nation in the past, Pakistan and Afghanistan can also be united into a confederation in the future.
However, to achieve this ambitious goal Pakistan will have to devise a plan of peace offensive, with lots of changes in military strategy and its domestic and foreign policies, considering that if, few Englishmen can slowly takeover the whole sub-continent, from as far as seven seas away, why can’t we succeed in convincing the Afghans that their history, geography, economy, military power, religion, peoples relations, language, foods, sports, marriages and their emancipation, development and growth and each and every aspect of life, is not only naturally connected with Pakistan, but is interdependent of both the countries.
It is wrong to say that we are two countries. In fact, we are one nation of the same religion and traditions, in almost a border less geography.
So, it is OUR sheer failure, that despite so much commonalities, we are dagger drawn with each other and Afghanistan is sitting in the lap of the Indians.
We must remember that winning over Afghanistan is even more important and vital than even the CPEC.
As such, under a well thought out strategy, we should also offer Pakistani citizenship to all the registered Afghan refugees and allow visa free travel, on reciprocal basis, on the lines of the EU nations.
If we succeed in removing all the impressions of the false propaganda against Pakistan, embedded in the minds of some people in Afghan population, by the enemies of Pakistan, it will usher in a new era of emancipation of the teeming millions of both the countries.
Moreover, if this plan succeeds, slowly and gradually we can also move towards a confederation, which if materialised, will have immense potential to be an economic and strategic game changer, for the whole region.
As such, the government must immediately form a high level and powerful task force, to plan and execute this bold and shrewd peace offensive, towards our extremely important neighbour, with whom we share innumerable common factors.
While concluding, we must remember that if Afghanistan is getting distanced from Pakistan and getting nearer to India, it is SOLELY our fault. Further, in order to achieve the impossible, it is precisely the unthinkable, must be thought.
Pakistan Paindabad.

World must immediately act to stop most brutal human genocide in the history of the humanity being committed by the Indian occupation forces on the hapless Kashmiris..!
The world must not forget that Kashmir is a ever ready nuclear flash point and a possible Armageddon for the entire world if the situation gets out of control between India and Pakistan.
As such, the world must intervene in Kashmir in its own interest before the situation goes out of the hand.

Nuclearisation of Pakistan and India..!
A message of 28 May, 2014 even more relevant today on 28 May, 2016.
Dear Mr. Prime Minister,
AoA.
Today, we all Pakistanis thank and bow our head before Allah, for His Blessings, in making this country a nuclear power, which came into being in the name of Allah.
The entire nation is also grateful to Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and all those who (then) advised him wisely, for nuclear detonations on 28 May, 1998, which was also an announcement to the world that Pakistan was a declared nuclear power.
Sir, leaving aside the fact that Pakistan is a nuclear power and that this fact did help in restraining our main adversary India, from its planned aggression against Pakistan, on many occasions in the past, the realty remains that the balance of power is gradually tilting towards India, due to its unbridled spendings on defence, which currently has almost crossed the $40 billion mark. And very soon it may touch $60 billion, which amount is half of the Chinese spendings on defence.
Although, Indian economy is no match to the Chinese economy, which has exports of over $200 billion per month against the Indian exports of around $200 billion per annum.
The main thrust of Indian defence in future, looks like to be in gaining complete ascendancy over Pakistan, in the fields of anti-missile shield and nuclear submarines; notwithstanding, the fact that even if Pakistan can’t fire a single nuclear weapon towards India; and if they are able to make a first nuclear strike against Pakistan, the proximity of the two countries, will render India badly vulnerable, to the deadly nuclear radiation, over its own population and land. At least between India and Pakistan, a nuclear war is a mutually assured destruction (MAD).
However, to stop any nuclear showdown, India along with the whole world, must know absolutely clearly, our threshold and red line, beyond which MAD will be the only naked reality and fate of this world.
Whether, its war or peace, Pakistan can’t remain oblivious of its responsibilities, in moving forward with the time, in the fields of nuclear science and technology.
However, Pakistan must not make this fatal mistake of thinking that just being a nuclear power of some sorts, this situation is going to be a deterrent of war and guarantee for peace, in future.
Past was past and now its a changed world on 28 May, 2014; 16 years after 28 May, 1998. As such, Pakistan must, repeat must, move towards developing thermonuclear (Hydrogen bombs) and Neutron bombs (which don’t destroy the structure of buildings but its radiation kills all the life).
It is said that India already possesses the Hydrogen bomb, which is on an average 100 times more lethal than an atom bomb.
So to say that India and Pakistan have parity of nuclear weapons, is a very dangerous false sense of security, for the Pakistani strategic planners.
Pakistan must also have strategic planning for acquiring and developing the missile shield and the nuclear submarines, along with raising at least 2 more strike corps.
In fact, we should also start conceptual planning and R&D, on Star Wars possibilities in the future.
Sir, the secret of the success is to remain a step ahead of our competitors. Moreover, the statecraft, preparation for war and readiness is ordained to Muslims by Allah in the Holy Quran, where Muslims are required that they must keep their horses READY and FIGHTING FIT, and to the enemies of Muslims, their 20 horses will look 200.
Mr. Prime Minister, during your recent sojourn to India, you must be knowing very well the reasons for the importance and focus given to you over the other SAARC leaders, As they say, weakness invites contempt and aggression. Whereas, strength and power, breeds respect and peace.
As such, please don’t take my above suggestions as war mongering.
Pakistan needs peace not war, for its development and growth. But alas..! a Pakistan weaker than the strongest of its neighbour, will never be in peace, which is the biggest ground reality.
Sir, I also take this opportunity to bring to your kind notice that within 24 hours of the BJP government taking over the reigns of the government in Delhi, one of its minister has spoken about abolition of the article 370 from the constitution, which stipulates a special status for Kashmir. Moreover, the extremist Hindus have also started a campaign to stop Muslims from the FAJR AAZAN.
Last but not the least, a great statesman is not the person who wages the war and wins it. The greatest statesman is he, who achieves his objectives, without waging a war. But then there is always a limit to the extent a weak party can go.
Here, I will again quote the famous words of the Shaheed Zulfiquar Ali Bhutto, when he told Henry Kissinger that “If you spit and ask me to clean it I will clean it. However, if you spit and and ask me to lick it, I will never do that”.
With best wishes and highest regards,
Syed Nayyar Uddin Ahmad
America must know that the party has just commenced..!
Thank you America..!
America informs Pakistan that US can’t fund for F-16’s.
Sir, what is the guarantee that if Pakistan pays for its F-16’s, its money and the planes will NOT be confiscated by the US; and over and above that the US will NOT demand the storage charges of these planes from Pakistan, a Non-NATO ally?
US is now punishing Pakistan for allowing free use of the airspace to the 49 member NATO forces, worth over$250 billion, for 15 years of War on Terror in Afghanistan.
Yes, a nation like Cuba, Cambodia, Vietnam, North Korea, China and Iran can survive by not being a friend of the US, but it is well neigh impossible, to be a friend of the US, and survive.
Now once for all Pakistan must seriously ponder that after giving so many sacrifices (in men and material detailed as below, for the friendship and the cause of America, are the Americans worthy of Pakistan’s friendship:
1. Pakistan as a non-NATO ally, played it’s more than due part, in making the US a sole super power, was ditched (after becoming the sole super power) by America, to live and sort out with all those people or Hydras (Hydra story add a regeneration feature to the monster: for every head chopped off, the Hydra would regrow one or multiple heads), who were created, raised and armed by the US, (this fact is on record to have been openly admitted by Ms Hillary Clinton) to defeat the invading forces of the USSR in Afghanistan.
2. It should also be appreciated that in the 9/11 episode, no Pakistani was involved; and if US agencies had been vigilant enough in the first place, the twin towers and Pentagon, would never have been attacked.
3. Pakistan as a non-NATO ally, whole heartedly participated in US imposed Afghanistan war, along with around 50 other countries.
However, it is a different story that Pakistan suffered more than 10 times more men and material losses (and still continues to suffer) than the combined losses of all the about 50 NATO countries, which took part in US imposed Afghanistan war. And quite surprisingly, the US still expect from us to do more.
3. On the the other side, no one from the West, even offered support to Pakistan, for righting-off, of its foreign loans, or allowing without any preconditions, Pakistani products for sale, in their own markets.
4. During US imposed Afghan war, US president visited Afghanistan more than once.
However, they decided never to visit Pakistan, which was so much staunch non-NATO ally that it didn’t even charge a single penny, from the USA, for use of Pakistani air space. Whereas, America offered $20 billion to Turkey, for use of its airspace, during the Iraq war.
5. The Pakistani, is still fighting the full might of Hydra, which is not even sparing our school kids and young students, for being an American non-NATO ally.
Although, most of the NATO countries have left Afghanistan yet, for Pakistan, the 15 years old war against terror, is continuing unabatedly.
6. Under the circumstances, how much prudent and appropriate it would have been for the US, to repay the services of its most staunch friend (since, Korean war and CENTO/SEATO era), which was blown to smithereens, during US imposed Afghan war, by asking the Afghanistan’s government to DO MORE and to hand over to Pakistan, the terrorist master minds taking refuge in Afghanistan, where some US forces are still present.
7. Moreover, even more appropriate action from the US, would have been to demand from India, to immediately stop acts of terrorism against America’s most friendly and ally country (whose soldier gave ultimate sacrifice to save the lives of American soldiers captured by the rebels in the Somalian city of Mogadishu) through India’s old policy of sponsoring mercenaries to destabilise Pakistan; which doesn’t need any proof.
Because firstly, Indian PM Mr. Narendra Modi, himself, proudly admitted Indian role in the dismemberment of Pakistan; and secondly, its National Security Advisor Mr. Ajit Doval, openly confessed sponsoring TTP mercenaries in Pakistan, for defensive offensive operations.
8. Just to refresh the memory, it is hoped that America will never forget the following acts of Pakistan, which no other country has done, as a friend of the United States:
a). Allowed U-2 planes to use our airspace and airport for flights over the USSR.
b). Allowed U-2 planes to use our airspace and airport in East Pakistan, for flights over China.
c). Pakistani efforts in bringing your country closer to China.
d). Pakistani security forces risked their lives to save the lives of Americans, in the burning US embassy in Islamabad.
Americans must remember that InshaAllah, Pakistan will more than adequately manage its security issues without F-16’s, but the US will badly miss the help and assistance of Pakistan in the years to come.
Party has not finished, rather it has just begun.
Pakistan…India’s Achilles Heel..!
Dear Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Sb.
اسلام وعلیکم
The below mentioned statement of the BJP’s National Secretary, reveals the following:
1. The Indians have never accepted Pakistan’s existence.
2. They have a burning desire to corner Pakistan by putting false flag operations blame on Pakistan, by every conceivable means.
3. The visit of the Indian PM to Lahore, was not and never an attempt to improve relations with Pakistan, but it was a tactical, very thoughtful and carefully planned move to defame Pakistan (just see the timing of the Pathankot Airbase episode which happened within a week of his visit and also during your strategically important visit to Sri Lanka), and to get an excuse to avoid impending Secretary level talks, which were bound to mention Kashmir; and falsely project his own image, as a man of peace, who went an extra mile.
4. The recent Indian government’s decision not to play bilateral cricket with Pakistan, even on a neutral venue; and the latest decision to lodge a protest with the US government, over supply of JUST 8 F16’s planes to Pakistan, are an EYE OPENERS that how deeply the current Indian government hates Pakistan, even on minor and insignificant issues, which may be of some far fetched interest or benefit to Pakistan.
As such, Sir, until and unless Pakistan also pays back in matching ways to Mr. Modi’s government, on each and every minor issue/account, the attitude of the hegemonist Indians will never improve.
Sir, the recent Indian blockade to punish Nepal, for changing its constitution to declare it as a secular not Hindu country, speaks volumes about the policy of the Indians, towards it neighbours.
The sooner Pakistan realised that India will never reciprocate our appeasement policy, the better it is for the peace of the region.
Yes, there is no need for going to war with India. But, there is also no need of chasing and begging the Indians to play cricket or have a dialogue with us.
The Indians very desperately need Pakistan’s support and help in moving their goods by land route to Afghanistan; and for the permanent seat at the UNO.
Moreover, they have openly stated that India will do everything possible to stop the construction of CPEC in Pakistan.
As such, all our planning and policies towards India, should be formulated keeping in view of their week points, requirements and intentions.
“If it (Pakistan) fails to fight terror on its own, India would make all diplomatic efforts globally to have it declared as a terrorist state,” BJP National Secretary Siddharth Nath Singh told TOI.
