India using chemical weapons in Kashmir..!

Excellency Mr. António Guterres,

Greetings.

There is no doubt that your excellency personally deserves the award of Nobel Peace Prize and I profoundly congratulate your excellency, on the re-emergence of UNO, under your dynamic leadership, as a potent and fearless organisation, which is firmly standing up against the genocide of the hapless people and Human Rights violations, all over the globe.

In the veracity of my above statement the following two monumental reports of UNO are living testimony of the sudden turnaround, being noticed in the performances of the UNO, with special reference to the attention towards the protection of the Human Rights of the weak and subjugated humanity.

1. First-ever UN human rights report on Kashmir calls for international inquiry into multiple violations

2. Myanmar military leaders must face genocide charges – UN report

In continuation of the above, an email was also sent (link provided below) addressed to the Prosecutor International Criminal Court dated 16 September 2018 titled “Fit case for war crimes trial of the leaders of the Indian government and its forces commanders/troops for genocide of Kashmiri population living in Indian Occupied Kashmir” contents reproduced as below:

Quote. “As it may be already very well in your knowledge that UN has described the 8,00,000 Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar, as one of the most persecuted minorities in the world, being tortured, displaced, faced travel and trade limitations, murders, now Rohingya Muslims face child-limitation policies as well.
Similarly, over 10 million Kashmiri Muslim population living since 1947 under Indian occupation forces, are the most persecuted MAJORITY in the world. The list of humanly unimaginable atrocities perpetrated for the last almost seven decades, is so long that its compilation will be more voluminous, than the final print edition of 2010 of 32-volume set of Encyclopaedia Britannica.

YOUR EXCELLENCY, LET NOT THE POSTERITY DOCUMENT THAT YOU SIDED WITH THE HOLOCAUST OFFENDERS OF INDIA AND FAILED TO USE YOUR INFLUENCE TO STOP GENOCIDE OF INNOCENT KIDS, WOMEN AND MEN DEMANDING THEIR LEGAL AND MORAL RIGHT OF SELF DETERMINATION.
REMEMBER KASHMIRI PEOPLE ARE NOT ASKING FOR THE MOON.”

As such, the presence of UN military observers proves beyond any shadow of doubt that Kashmir is NOT and has never been an internal issue/matter of India and that it needs to be resolved as per the relevant UN Security Council Resolutions.

During the above mentioned period of over seven decades, the Kashmiri population has been waging (as allowed under the UN charter) relentless struggle for their right of self determination, paying heaviest price in the history of mankind, in the shape of deaths, injuries, rapes, blindness by attack of pellet guns, abductions, jails and worst imaginable torture perpetuated by the Indian security forces.

In this regard, we take this opportunity to bring to your notice the latest case of war crime committed by the Indian occupying forces in the Indian Held Kashmir, as reported by the daily “The Express Tribune” dated 15 September 2018 titled “

Keeping in view of the fact that from today your excellency is visiting India, where the only untenable argument about Kashmir you are going to get is that it was an integral part of India and it was their internal matter.
Now the question is (even if their untenable argument is accepted for a moment) no law permits Indian authorities to subjugate Kashmiri people with unleashing worst holocaust for over seven decades, when Kashmiris have already decided to live with Pakistan, which is daily manifested by the fact that Kashmiris martyred (on daily basis) are burying their dead wrapped in Pakistani flags.

Moreover, if UN can decide and recommend war crimes trials of Myanmar Military Personnel (where Rohingya Muslims were already their internal matter as no UN Military Observers were posted in Myanmar) why not UN is recommending war crimes trial against the responsible persons of the Indian government authorities which is now using CHEMICAL WEAPONS against the hapless Kashmiris and where UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Mr. Zeid Ra’ad Al Hussein has already stated in his report that there is an urgent need to address past and ongoing human rights violations and abuses and deliver justice for all people in Kashmir, who for seven decades have suffered a conflict that has claimed or ruined numerous lives.

Moreover, Indian argument also does not hold water (that Kashmir was their internal matter), because under the UN resolutions about Kashmir, the UNITED NATIONS MILITARY OBSERVER GROUP IN INDIA AND PAKISTAN is working; which is a undeniable testament of the fact that Kashmir is a disputed issue between India and Pakistan and all UN documents and Map’s show Kashmir as a disputed territory and not as an Indian territory, where millions have been killed by the Indian Forces over a period of seven decades, just because Kashmiris were and are demanding their Right of Self Determination, exactly as per the Charter of the UNO.

Your excellency it will not be out of context to inform that in the month of September 2018 the details of the casualties of Kashmiri youths caused by the of Indian forces are as below:

– 42 Killed.
– 231 Injured (including pallet gun injuries).
– 399 Arrested.

The above mentioned latest details of just a single month (September 2018) proves beyond shadow of any doubt that Indian government is determined to exterminate with impunity, from the face of this Earth, the entire youth and young generation of Kashmiris, in a systematic, planned and organised manner, even putting to shame the holocaust caused by Adolf Hitler.

In view of the foregoing, and considering that Kashmir has now become a flashpoint, between the two nuclear power neighbours, which has endangered the peace of the entire world, your excellency is requested to use your authority as the Secretary General of the United Nations, to immediately call a meeting of the Security Council, to address the following issues:

– Looming imminent danger of a full blown nuclear war between Pakistan and India over Kashmir crises.

– Initiative for commencement of war crimes trial against Indian government’s responsible personnel.

Concluding, it is also requested that your excellency may take any suitable action, applying your own independent mind during your current three day visit to India, without being influenced by the false propaganda of the Indians, who yesterday brought this world further closer to the brink of a nuclear armageddon, by firing on a civilian helicopter (legally flying much inside Pakistani territory) which on board had the Prime Minister of AJ&K’s government.

Dear Sir,
We invite your kind attention towards war crimes being continuously committed and perpetrated by the Indian Army’s leadership and troops under command and orders of the  top Indian civilian government leadership in the geographical area of Kashmir under occupation of the Indian forces.

American war – Pakistani sacrifices for free?

Just a misleading propaganda, where all the concerned knows that CSF payments are NOT aid, but reimbursements for use of GLOC facilities through Pakistani area, by the US and the NATO Forces.

Moreover, for Pakistan such unfriendly acts by the US governments are not a surprise. Few decades ago they not only confiscated F-16 planes duly paid in advance by Pakistan, but also demanded and got payments for storage of those confiscated F-16 planes.

Then Pakistani nation and it’s armed forces will never forget killings and maiming of our dozens of dozens officers and men by US bombardment of Pakistani post named SALALA, where these troops were specifically posted for eliminating the terrorists which were moving across the Pak-Afghan border. Those US military authorities totally forgot, before allowing the killings of Pakistani troops that how this very Pakistani Army shed their blood and sweat to protect the lives and honour of the US troops, who were under deadly attack and were being lynched in the streets of Mogadishu, Somalia.

The moral of the story is that if any nation wants to live in peace, it must not be a friend of the United States, because US has a history of not honouring promises with and remembering any sacrifices of a its friendly nations.

Moreover, we Pakistanis should also remember what the US is doing with Iran after signing of the framework for a Comprehensive agreement on the Iranian nuclear program in 2015 by France, Germany, the European Union, Iran, United Kingdom, United States, China and Russia and above all, by even after certifications of IAEA inspectors reporting compliance of the agreement by Iran.

You give these Americans an inch and they will take a foot. As such, the Americans must be told to PAY MORE for all the due compensations (remember CSF payments were NOT compensations) of our sacrifices of men and material in the almost two decades old WOT (which is more longer time span than the length of the combined time of the WWI & WWII), including the free use of the airspace, which was many times more than the combined sacrifices of the 49 members of the NATO countries.

Last but not the least, the Pakistani leaders must keep in mind that America has completely lost the Afghan war, as per the definition of victory and defeat stated by Henry Kissinger that the conventional army (US Forces) loses if it does not win. The guerrilla (Taliban) wins if he does not lose.

Hence, we must play our cards smartly and boldly, to again do favour to our defeated friends, for an honourable exit from Afghanistan, which is not possible, without our help.

PM Imran Khan for Nobel Peace Prize..!

True to his reputation, Mr. Imran Khan led from the front, on behalf of the sleeping Muslim Ummah to ensure that blasphemous caricatures issue is nipped in the bud.

The greatness of a general not lies in waging and winning the war, but in achieving the objectives, without waging a war.

It is one of the traits of a world level statesman to diffuse any potential crisis, before it blows up into a problem of life and death, for the humanity.

In this regard, the whole world must be thankful and the UN Security Council should pass a resolution of thanks to the proactive leadership of Mr. Imran Khan, in saving it from plunging into a serious challenge of an highly inflammable conflict between followers of different major religions of the world.

Full marks to statesmanship of Mr. Imran Khan, for personally taking the charge to effectively serve the cause of Muslim Ummah.

Mr. Imran Khan rightly deserves the title of Khadim ul Muslameen or Khadim e Islam and also deserves Nobel Peace Prize for a great service towards the cause of interfaith peace and harmony.

An open letter to the Indian PM Narendra Modi – From NAYA Pakistan with love

E49AB67D-D1EF-4126-B0EA-28656205D719

Dear Mr. Narendra Modi Sahab,

Greetings.

We in Pakistan, really appreciate the highly positive gesture of your telephonic call to our Prime Minister to congratulate him on his elections victory and the even bigger gesture of writing a very friendly letter, expressing very positive and warm sentiments in a true statesman like manner.

In this regard, I would like to suggest to the current leadership of both the countries, to take advantage of the conducive atmosphere prevailing in the region; and let India and Pakistan try a NEW APPROACH towards the peace: by first deciding upon a list of such core thorny issues, which are complicated and can only be resolved after full confidence, between the two nations is restored; and freeze all such issues or problems, for a short period of just one decade.

In the meantime, India and Pakistan should restore full friendly relations, by genuinely restoring confidence, by further pulling back troops from the LOC and start immediate cooperation in all the fields of economic activities, visa free, to and fro, travel (for all the cities) of citizens of both the countries, special facilities for the businessmen of the two nations for opening of trade offices, banks, business shops and show rooms, in each others country, removal of all restrictions on cultural and sports teams visits and full permission of the TV channels, to be viewed in each other’s country.

It will be just of a sort of a no war pact (which should also include 90% withdrawal of troops from the entire valley of Jammu and Kashmir and 100% withdrawal of troops from the Siachin area, for a limited period of ten years).

Moreover, it should also be decided that in order to avoid any misunderstandings, on account of any illegal crossings from the LOC, joint LOC patrolling of Indo-Pak troops along with the UN observers, should also be considered as a part of the overall peace agreement, which is surely expected to work wonders, like a magic, in the economic emancipation of the teeming millions of both the countries.

Sir, hope you know very well that ordinary people of both the countries are fed up with the acrimony between the two closest neighbours; and earnestly desire hundreds of years of peace, for which the only impediment, is the lack of statesmen and visionary people in the policy making arena of both the countries.

Now, your and our leadership has got a golden chance of a life time, to jointly work for the peace of about 1.5 billion humanity.

Please extend your hands to meet the gestures of genuine peace, already offered by Prime Minister Mr. Imran Ahmad Khan Niazi Sahab, in his speech of 26 July 2018 by magnanimously offering to move two steps for peace towards India, if India takes one step towards Pakistan, to make the peace aspirations of the hundreds of millions of residents of the sub continent, come true.

Remember, may be this golden chance for the peace between the two nations, if missed now, may not come again, in decades.

Also please inform all those military and political planners in your country, not in favour of genuine peace with Pakistan that low intensity war named as offensive defensive operations, or other covert hostile methods, are no more a long or short term options for, as well as, against; a nuclear power, which reportedly possesses more military nuclear arsenal than India.

All such paradigms are out dated being a ZERO sum game, in the ultimate nuclear scenario.

Such policy planners have no business to stay in the past non-nuclear status frame of mind; and they must develop a NEW and FRESH vision, ruling out mutually assured destruction (MAD), to guide a major nuclear nation, like India.

Policy makers of nuclear powers must not have a mindset of a non nuclear state.

And the foremost responsibility of these policy makers must be to ensure, at all costs, that under ALL circumstances, nuclear flare up or provocations under offensive defensive doctrine, MUST be ruled out: irrespective of the defined policy of no first use of nuclear weapons or retaliatory use of WMD’s.

Sir, if Malala Yousafzai of Pakistan and Kailash Satyarthi of India, can be jointly awarded Nobel Peace Prize for their noble campaign for peace through education and child rights, just imagine, how kindly the world will remember the immortal bold acts of Mr. Narendra Modi and Mr. Imran Ahmad Khan Khan Niazi, in ameliorating the hardships due to hunger, disease and illiteracy of more than 1.5 billion humanity of the entire region.

Please remember that war results only in devastation, deaths and destruction; whereas, dividends of peace are positivity, prosperity, hopes and happiness.

Last but not the least, it must be a very clear objective of the leadership of both the countries, to ensure that India and Pakistan must not live like divided Korea, rather, we should live, like the united Europe.

With best wishes and kind regards,

Syed Nayyar Uddin Ahmad

Dear Syed Nayyar Uddin Ahmad,
We should be optimistic about the future of our relationship. We are fighting a common war, and it only makes sense for us to cooperate and coordinate against our common enemies. The recent meetings between our government officials show that we are working closely to address our common objectives. We’ve been able to overcome some difficult situations and realize that it is in our best interest to work together and negate the threat pose by terrorist organizations like the Haqqani network and the TTP. We echo what George E. Little, Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs, said recently: “We believe that the Pakistani government shares our view that terrorists threaten both countries, both Pakistan and the United States. Scores of Pakistanis have regrettably been killed by terrorists inside Pakistan. We, of course, have suffered losses as well, inside Pakistan and elsewhere, from al-Qaeda and from other terrorist groups operating along the Afghan-Pakistan border. So we have common cause with the Pakistanis. We’re working closely with the Pakistanis on the counterterrorism issue, and we will continue to do so.”

The Punishment for Weakness is Death..!

No one can insult us without our permission.

Pakistan’s mute statement (reflecting as if it was not coming from a nuclear power but an eunuch tiny island) in reply to the highly aggressive, undiplomatic, insulting and uncalled-for Tweet of the insane US president, is a sure recipe for inviting aggression from the inimical forces.

It is a known fact that correct posturing has a major share in averting in any unwanted clash; a recent glaring example of which is North Korean posturing.

Are we waiting for another Salala or Abbotabad to react?

However, why are we not acting, why Pakistani authorities always react. But in this case, our official statement after the NSC’s meeting, was not even a reaction.

Our statement practically conveys the message, as if, we were asking a question to the aggressor that we should now, take it as a final NO.

In view of the highest level of insult caused by the Tweet of the insane US president, we should have told the US government that from our side you and your aid should go to hell.

Further, the US AID offices should have been closed on a notice of 24 hours; and all US and foreign NGO’s ordered to pack up and leave Pakistan, within 72 hours.

Such drastic actions would have served a bold notice to the US that Pakistan would not compromise on its prestige and would have been an insurance, in stopping any future nonsensical statements about Pakistan.

We must remember that American authorities know very well that in this region, their policies need Pakistan’s cooperation, much more than India.

Only, we have to realise our own importance and not to degrade our self esteem, at any cost.

America & Pakistan – A Saga of Love & Hate

Donald Trump must come clean on following accounts before expecting anything further from Pakistan:

1. Which peace loving country created
Al-Qaeda & ISIS? Was it Pakistan or America?

2. Which country (Pakistan or America) recently ferried ISIS to Tora Bora mountains on unmarked helicopters in Afghanistan? And what was the purpose of bringing ISIS terrorists, near to the Pakistani borders?

3. Why India & Afghanistan, right under the nose of the US government forces, are using Afghan territory, for un-leashing state sponsored terrorism in Pakistan, which was also confirmed by the former US Secretary of defence?
In this regard, Pakistan has already provided a dossier on Kalbhushan Yadev, giving details of the Indian state sponsored terrorism, which is an irrefutable proof of India’s state sponsored terrorist activities in Pakistan.

4. Why India is protesting against Pakistani efforts of constructing wall/fencing on Pak-Afghan borders, to stop terrorists being launched from Afghanistan into Pakistan? Are the Indians and Afghans afraid that with the building of wall/fencing, the excuse/propaganda that the terrorists are coming into Afghanistan from Pakistan’s territory, will no longer be tenable?

5. Why India is not protesting against Donald Trump’s plans of constructing wall along the border of Mexico?

6. Why and with which intentions US senators are meeting Indian sponsored terrorist, Altaf Hussain, in London, knowing fully well that he was the top fugitive of Pakistan, responsible for thousands of targeted killings and innumerable terror activities in Pakistan? Should Pakistan take these meetings as acts of friendship from the US, with which it has joined hands, for the last many decades, against fighting the Russian invasion of Afghanistan; and later on, in the WOT, which has so far caused loss of lives of over 60,000 Pakistanis killed, many more injured and cumulative financial losses of over a trillion dollars to its economy?

7. What will be the reaction of US government, if Pakistani law makers meet US’s enemy sponsored terrorists?

8. US must come clean and let the world and Pakistan, very clearly know, whether US is with Pakistan or with those terrorists and terror sponsoring countries, who are spreading terrorism, chaos and instability in Pakistan?

9. US must also tell the world, what it has done and is doing, to stop terrorists, launched by the Indian and Afghan governments, from Afghanistan into Pakistan?

10. US must also tell Pakistan, why it reneged from its promise with Pervaiz Musharraf’s government, in lieu of Pakistan’s total cooperation in WOT; that India will not have any role in Afghanistan’s war?

11. Does Donald Trump thinks that peace in south east Asia is possible, without resolving the Kashmir issue, according to the UN resolutions and wishes of the Kashmiris?

12. Why Donald Trump does not condemn state sponsored terrorism of Indian government, over the Kashmiris and why India is not censured and threatened with US sanctions, over its war crimes in Kashmir, genocide/lynching of Muslims in India (as a state policy to please hard liner Hindus and terrorist organisation RSS), over cows issue; and grave human rights violations, against minorities and low cast Hindus, all over India?

13. Why Donald Trump is embracing Narendra Modi, whose hands are soaked with the blood/genocide/holocaust of thousands of Muslims, brutally killed in Gujarat, under his direct orders, which immediately resulted in ban on grant of US visa, to Narendra Modi?

14. Donald Trump and the US government must not forget that any aid it gave to Pakistan’s military, was not a favour, but to enable Pakistani military, to fight the US IMPOSED WOT.

15. Donald Trump should also not forget that the few billion dollars it paid to Pakistan for GLOC (ground lines of communications) was not a favour or charity, but were reimbursements.

16. Rather, it was Pakistan which gave to the US a big favour/charity of many more billions of dollars, by charging extremely low rates for the GLOC, as compared with the Russian States; and also don’t forget Pakistani huge charity to the US (about which Pakistan never mentioned unlike Donald Trump) for not charging a single penny, for the use of Pakistani air space. Hope the US government knows very well how much it paid to the Turkish government, for use of the Turkish air space, during Iraq war, for a very short time.

17. Hope the US government and Donald Trump knows how much it owes to Pakistan, for saving US troops from being lynched in Somalia?

18. Moreover, America can not raise any objections over Pak – China close relations and the CPEC project, when China itself is the biggest partner of the USA in not only in trade, but loans, as well. What is good for gander is good for goose.

19. Last but not the least, for decades and decades, almost every American/world civil and military leader has appreciated Pakistan’s role and it’s unparalleled sacrifices, as a front line state during the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan and during the ongoing WOT, for the last over sixteen years.

20. In view of the foregoing, it is now for Donald Trump and his government to decide, once for all, whether the US is a friend or foe of Pakistan? But remember, from now onwards, the US can not be a foe of Pakistan, pretending to be its friend, as well.
Pakistan has had enough; and it can no more be deceived, to put its existence on line, to fight wars for others and take their flak, as well.

Modi’s India must stop genocide of Muslim minority in the name of cow..!

IMG_2400

Since 2014, when #Modi, the #butcher of #Muslims in #Gujrat, became #PM of #India, #cow #terrorism has resulted in 32 mob attacks which have resulted in #genocide/#lynching of 23 Muslims, all over India.
Modi is running a systematic campaign to advance his political agenda to kill, harass and subjugate about 250 million Muslims in India, to perpetuate his rule on kill, hate and humiliate Muslims in India; and hurl threats of all sorts, including stoppage of water, against Pakistan policy, which is a very popular slogan/doctrine, among the majority of Hindu #RSS (#Hindu terrorist organisation) extremists and hardliners in India, who have even suppressed the voices of protests of moderate Hindus of India.
Virtually, moderate Indians have become hostage of the 21st century #Hitler (Modi).
Just like Hitler, Modi is unleashing a #Holocaust of the unimaginable physical and mental torture, for the 250 million Muslims of India.
Now, this situation has reached such a level that entire, repeat entire 250 million population of Muslims in India, have become virtual prisoners of terror of Modi’s anti-Muslim policy.
Recently, #UN declared the Muslims of #Rohingya, as the most persecuted minority of the world. The fact is that the 250 million Muslims of India, are now the most persecuted, harassed and humiliated minority of the world, going through the #Holocaust, which is the policy tool of Modi, since, he was the CM of province of Gujarat.
Under the circumstances, it is the utmost duty of all the politicians and Pakistanis to urge upon the government of Pakistan to:

– To take up these very serious human rights violations issue at all forums of the world, in coordination with and cooperation of the OIC.

– Immediately take up this extremely serious humanitarian issue with the International Court of Justice, for issuing urgent orders to safe guard the lives of Muslims in India, by appointment a commission for reporting on monthly basis to the ICJ, about the status of Holocaust against Muslims in India.

– File a separate case of War Crimes against the Indian government and military personnel, at the War Crimes court at the Hague, for their war crimes against Kashmiris since 1990, which are very well documented by the Amnesty International and other such world agencies. Simultaneously, Pakistan should try Indian officials and generals for War Crimes, just like the Turkish courts tried the Israelis, after Gaza blockade crisis.

– Just like the Israeli Gaza blockade policy, Indians are committing genocide of Kashmiris, by a well planned policy of starving/cutting off supplies of milk for infants, medicines for the sick and foods etc., for the Muslim population of Kashmir, with extremely long and unending curfews. As such, emulating Turkey (a non-nuclear state) which took head on Israel (a nuclear state) by sending flotilla of relief goods to the Gaza residents; Pakistan should also send/air drop relief supplies to the starving Kashmiris, in the Indian Occupied Kashmir (which is not an Indian territory).

– We must not forget that currently a very serious Indo-China military conflict is brewing at the Sikkim, Bhutan and China border, where both India and China have already sent troops reinforcements. So, this is the best time, Modi’s government can be forced to face justice.

A Pakistani riposte of the Indo-US joint statement..!

Pakistan immediately demands from India to ensure that RAW and Afghanistan is not used to launch terrorist attacks on Pakistan; as already confessed by the Indian agent Kulbhushan Sudhir Jadhav, awaiting execution after award of his death sentence, on account of his terrorist activities on Pakistani soil.

Pakistan further demands from the Indian government to expeditiously bring to justice those responsible:

– For the massacre of thousands of Muslims in Gujarat under the command and execution of the present day Indian PM and the then CM of the Gujarat province, Narendra Modi, after which it is on record of the American government that visa to visit America was not allowed to Modi, because of the very specific reason that USA government knew that Modi’s hands were soaked with the blood of the Muslims.

– The perpetrators of the Babri Mosque demolition, which resulted in riots in India and subsequent killings of thousands of Muslims.

– Manslaughter of Pakistani Muslim passengers in India, in Samjhota Express train burning genocide.

– War crimes of killing and inhuman torture of over one million Muslim Kashmiris in the Indian Occupied Kashmir, which are very well documented by the Amnesty International and other world organisations.

– Mass level ethnic cleansing of Muslims in India on the flimsy and utterly false pretext of beef issue.

– Cross-border terrorist attacks in Pakistan, perpetrated by Afghanistan-based Indian RAW agents based at Indian consulates in Afghanistan, which acts are even confirmed by the Ex. US Secretary of Defence and other officials.
