An Appeal to the PM Pakistan..!

I appeal to the Prime minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif that he should not bow before the Indians like the dictator Pervaiz Musharraf did when he unilaterally allowed India to fence the LOC at Kashmir.

Mian Sahab, Pakistan and India must make trade on an equal terms and since, as per media reports, you have decide to accord MFN status to India on the coming Friday, even after India has refused to withdraw non tariff barriers and custom duties, you should also impose NTB’s and custom duties on the Indian goods.

Let no body in future say that democrat Mian Nawaz Sharif licked the feet of the Indians (when they were not ready to allow Pakistani TV signals and sportspersons in India) just like dictator Pervaiz Musharraf.

My suggestion to Malik Riaz of Bahria Town is that keeping in view of the latest craze of Pakistani ladies about the “LAWN” fabric of famous brands, he should launch his own “Bahria LAWN”.
Believe me it will be an instant hit all over the country and he will earn more money than his plots.

Help Your People Develop on the Job

As much as 90% of learning and development takes place on the job – which makes sense since continuous learning is a key strategy for a sustainable career. In fact, employees’ direct managers are often their most important developers. Help your team members flourish with these tips:

Instead of a yearly conversation about career goals during performance reviews, talk frequently. Regular discussions about your employees’ objectives and interests help them to refine goals and spot opportunities for development.

When planning a group project, ask team members to identify both how they can contribute and what they would like to learn. This avoids their volunteering to perform only tasks that they already know they can do.
Ask employees to report back periodically to you and fellow team members on what they have been learning and how they are using their new skills and knowledge.

A time to ponder for Geo Super TV in Pakistan.

Congratulations to the government of Punjab and the protesting nurses for satisfactorily resolving the issue which forced the nurses to come on the streets of Lahore.

Both the parties deserve kudos for their sagacity and wisdom in peacefully resolving the demands of the nurses, who are the most important segment of our society and deserve all the respect and facilities from the society as well as, the government.
