I am afraid under Waqar Younis, our ODI cricket team’s ranking may go down, from the already dismal 7th to 8th position.
Basic reasons for this apprehension is that sadly about one years tenure of Waqar Younis has reviled that he lacks communication skills, man management qualities, inability to enhance playing abilities in the players, nil capacity to imbibe skills in the players to NOT to repeat mistakes, complete lack of ability to judge potential in players, failure to devise short and long term strategies and complete failure of personality in having the courage to own his failures.
As such, it is proposed that Mr. Aaquib Javed, should be approached to take over the reigns of the Pakistani cricket team as the Head Coach.
His biggest achievement was witnessed during the World Cup performances of the UAE team, where minnows showed much improved performance, with highest level of fighting spirit.
Moreover, Pakistani team’s batting and fielding coaches also deserves to dismissed immediately,
