“I HAVE NOTHING TO OFFER BUT BLOOD, TOIL, TEARS AND SWEAT”

Takht-e-Lahore is burning but where is the good governance? Where are the benefits of long years of government?

There is a big fire in the LDA plaza at Egerton Road. Many people have died after jumping, as Lahore city government had no equipment to reach just 10 storey height.

Where are the previous rulers of Punjab who always boasted about the good governance and are now telling to vote them to gain benefits of their dozens of years of EXPERIENCE?

Who is responsible for this dereliction of duties?

Who should be booked for this criminal negligence?

The Lahore building is still burning and Nero of Takht-e-Lahore is fiddling.

All politics all politics no value of human life in Pakistan. We must change this attitude.

NOW THERE IS NO OPTION FOR A DIGNIFIED AND SAFE LIFE EXCEPT CHANGE, CHANGE AND ONLY CHANGE.

Leadership is the action of leading a group of people or an organization.

Imran Khan’s charismatic leadership has inspired the whole world. What a unique distinction.

This one fits on wounded tiger Imran Khan

“If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”

Improve Your Ability to Anticipate Crises
Most leaders, even highly skilled ones, aren’t great at detecting ambiguous threats on the periphery of their business. But to be successful, you need to pick up weak signals from both inside and outside the organization. To get better at this critical skill, talk to your customers, suppliers, and other partners to understand their challenges. Conduct market research and business simulations to understand competitors’ perspectives, gauge their likely reactions to new initiatives or products, and predict potential disruptive offerings. Look at a fast-growing rival and examine any actions it takes that puzzle you. List customers you have lost recently and try to figure out why. Attend conferences and events in other industries or functions. All of this will give you the information you need to sense opportunities and potential crises.

Come then, let us go forward together with our united strength.

How similar were the two positions of Winston Churchill on 13, May 1940 and of Imran Khan in May, 2013 when Churchill said his famous quote:-

“I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and sweat.”

We are almost in the same situation like the UK was when on 13 May, 1940 this speech was delivered by Winston Churchill.

[We have before us an ordeal of the most grievous kind. We have before us many, many long months of struggle and of suffering. You ask, what is our policy? I will say: It is to wage war, by sea, land and air, with all our might and with all the strength that God can give us; to wage waragainst a monstrous tyranny, never surpassed in the dark and lamentable catalogue of human crime. That is our policy. You ask, what is our aim? I can answer in one word: victory; victory at all costs, victory in spite of all terror, victory, however long and hard the road may be; for without victory, there is no survival. Let that be realized; no survival for the British Empire, no survival for all that the British Empire has stood for, no survival for the urge and impulse of the ages, that mankind will move forward towards its goal. But I take up my task with buoyancy and hope. I feel sure that our cause will not be suffered to fail among men. At this time I feel entitled to claim the aid of all, and I say, “Come then, let us go forward together with our united strength.”]
