Ban Perth WACA Ground as a Test Venue
The cracks on the 4th day of the 3rd Ashes Test on the pitch of the Perth WACA cricket ground are so wide that it is becoming almost impossible, for the batsmen to play the ball, which is pitched over the cracks.
As such, the umpires acting under the ICC approved playing conditions, should abandon this match on the grounds of pitch being dangerous and unplayable damaged due the extremely wide cracks.
Moreover, in the larger interest of the glorious game of cricket, the ICC should ban this venue for Test matches.
However, ODI and international T20 matches, may be allowed to be played as usual; because WACA ground pitch starts developing bigger cracks from the 2nd day, which dramatically, widen during the 3rd, 4th and the 5the day.
May be that is the reason the Indian team will not be playing at WACA ground during their next tour.

Use a Stealth Project to Prove a Business Need
Sometimes you have a great idea for a new product feature or an innovative way to serve your customers, but you don’t have the data to back it up. Try demonstrating the importance of your idea by doing a “stealth” project as proof of concept. Run a small pilot project to test your hypothesis about the need. There are risks to this approach, of course. You might annoy people, for example, particularly if you’re spending funds meant for other projects. Keep your project lean and focused—and frame it as a fact-finding experiment. Know what you want to learn, and spend only as much money as it takes to do that. Get your answer, and get out. You may discover that the business need isn’t so great after all—so be prepared to abandon your idea.

After the pathetic display of over all all round dud cricket during the current Ashes series, it is quite apparent that England cricket team is devoid of its marbles.
It seems that they put more time and energy in planning for food etc. rather than the game itself.
About 60-80% of the English players (who are playing without fire, soul, spirit & motivation) in the current team, needs retirement and replacement with the fresh blood.

1. Today women hockey team of Pakistan’s Punjab went to India for playing Ranjit Singh Hockey tournament.
We should also try to have a T20 cricket series of both the Punjab sides for Bullay Shah Cup.
2. Just for the information of the critics of the fast bowler Usman Khan Shinwari, in the 2nd T20 match vs the Srilankan team, he bowled the fastest ball of the T20 series, at 148 KPH or 92 MPH.
Is there any bowler in over a billion people country i.e. India, who can bowl at such a high speed?
3. The nation would like to know from the PCB, why 5 days most expensive stay at UAE for both the teams players and officials without a match?
Last T20 was played on 13th December and the next ODI has been scheduled for 18th December.
