By the looks of it there are no chances about this T20 series vs English team will provide any benefit for the Pakistani players in their preparation for the World Cup matches.

The main reason for the above apprehension was that our team management and captain are in no mood to accept their faults (our team’s score in the 6 power play overs was 37 runs with 19 dot balls out of 36 balls of power play in the final match, but no soul searching and planning is visible for overcoming this chronic weakness of our T20 openers) and the captain seems still NOT ready to take more risks, even when 8 English World Cup squad members will NOT be playing in the current series vs the Pakistani team.

Our team may not even reach to the semi finals stage of the World Cup, if our team management will prepare them for the T20 cricket of two decades old game.

Our team MUST aim 200+ runs against the Englishmen, if it bats first and must aim to bowl the opponent out in 15 overs, if we bowl first, considering that this is an extremely weak team of England and we must push the performance bar few stages upwards, to test our maximum limits of mental and physical strengths.
Napoleon Bonaparte said that “if you build an army of 100 lions and their leader is a dog, in any fight, the lions will die like a dog. BUT if you build an army of 100 dogs and their leader is a lion, all dogs will fight like a lion.”

The policy of facility of net metering for the rooftop solar energy generation was introduced in 2015 during the tenure of former Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, under the election manifesto of the PML (N) for providing cheap, load shedding free and green electricity.

Now the NEPRA has suddenly planned to NULLIFY the above mentioned lawful government policy and facility to the general public, by bringing Net Metering customers at par with the bulk suppliers of power in the country, on the false and absurd premise that our country already has excess power generation capacity and therefore there was no need to add further generation into the system.

It seems that certain elements are living on Mars and have no realisation of the ground realities prevailing in Pakistan, which is facing widespread load shedding in the peak hot and cold seasons.

Hope our PM Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has not forgotten how hard he and his energy team had to work to meet the power short fall, immediately after taking over the reigns in the mid April 2022. Actually, due to various technical, economic and seasonal constraints, this notion of excess power generation capacity is literally nothing, but a myth.

The entire PMLN leadership and its allied parties are forewarned of the future pitfalls if, this plan of NEPRA is implemented as explained in full detail as below:

~ The entire momentum of the solar power green energy revolution started in Pakistan in the year 2015 onwards, will suddenly fizzle out, causing not only severe adverse climatic impact, in direct conflict with government’s declared plans of controlling Green House Gases (GHG) emissions in the atmosphere, by reducing dependency on fossil fuel.

~ All the world government’s including the government of Pakistan are pushing fast towards green energy production and running of maximum vehicular road and even air traffic on electric motors by giving special incentives to the entrepreneurs and general public producing green energy with particular emphasis on solar energy, but if, the NEPRA’s scheme of reversing this system is implemented, how can our government ask for carbon credit benefits and our stance of floods being caused by the GHG produced by the other nations, will look like a joke, in view of impending regressive policies of discouraging investments on future solar power productions

~ This regressive plan of NEPRA will generate much less funds compared with the cost of the increased fuel imports using fast depleting foreign exchange.

~ Moreover, this idea of NEPRA will generate huge anger and repulsive feelings in the masses (which is already furious with extreme bad opinion about the PMLN’s current government‘s dismal non-performance on the economic fronts)

~ The public faith and trust on any future promise of the government shall be badly shaken if, this policy decision of PMLN’s own government is reversed

~ Last but not the least, this regressive idea of NEPRA may severely dent the vote bank of the PMLN and its allied parties to the extent that they may not be even seen on the opposition benches

Due to the large scale damages caused by the recent floods the food security of Pakistan has been breached severely and government needs immediate food imports to firstly, save the starving about 40 million flood affected population and secondly, to protect the remaining about 180 plus million population from the brutal inflationary impact, on the prices of essential food items.

In this regard, the government of Pakistan needs huge sums of foreign exchange to save the 22+ crore population of Pakistan from extreme hardships of food shortages, for which our government must immediately notify TONIGHT the following measures to conserve and save the precious foreign exchange:

1. No Pakistani official including the President and the PM shall visit abroad and PM must also cancel his visit for the SCO meeting and his visit for the annual speech at the UN GA.
2. Pakistan should instantly notify to all the lenders that with immediate effect their servicing of loans are being suspended to save the lives of the crores of starving people, which was recently personally witnessed in Pakistan, by the Secretary General of the UNO.
3. All loss making government companies and units must be shut down instantly, except the PIAC, which must be privatised on top most priority.
4. All foreign missions with the exception of extremely important offices must immediately be closed temporarily and staff called back.
5. In order to save on energy bill the following steps are recommended:

~Wearing of coat/jacket and necktie must be banned for all civil government servants

~ Working should be reduced to four days a week from Monday to Thursday and on other days work from home can performed, if required.

~ Office working hours should be reset to be effective from 6 AM to 2 PM.

~ All shops and markets must close by 5 PM.

~ All schools must be made legally bound to provide bus services for their pupils pick and drop from home to educational institutions and back.

~ Free or existing level facilities of fuel, electricity, power and gas to ALL the parliamentarians and government officials must be reduced to 50%.

~ All the ministries, divisions and departments at the federal and provincial levels must be immediately reduced by 50%.

~ Not more than 10 Ministers/Advisors/Special Assistants/Spokespersons should be allowed at the federal and provincial levels in the respective cabinets.

~ Video Conference facility should be availed for all meetings of federal and provincial governments.

Last but not the least, a time bound inquiry must be held to fix the responsibilities for the substandard constructions of the infrastructure which was easily washed away by the first wave of the flood waters and holding responsible every person who permitted illegal constructions over or near the river banks and cutting down of large scale trees over the mountains without any check and restrictions.

Pakistan is extremely grateful for your visit, particularly at this time when the devastation of the floods (caused by the adverse affects of climate change) has caused thousands of deaths, injuries, illnesses, absolute damages to the fields, infrastructure, standing crops and houses including over a million cattle has also perished, plus world’s highest ever Internally Displaced Population of about 40 million is now forced to live under the open sky and the blistering sun of the summer.

Today the climate change in Pakistan is such a major issue which can only be compared with the destruction of Japan and the European nations at the end of the World War II.

The climate of Pakistan has changed over the past several decades, with significant impacts on the environment and people.

In addition to increased heat, drought and hottest temperature in the world in certain parts of the country, the melting of glaciers (Pakistan has 7000 glaciers which is the highest in the world besides the polar regions) in the Himalayas has adversely impacted some of the important lakes and rivers of Pakistan.

Between 1999 and 2018, Pakistan ranked 5th in the countries affected by extreme weather caused by climate change, which ranking now in 2022, must have gone to the 1st position, by any yardstick of absolute devastation and miseries caused by the recent floods, as, a minimum of 40 million uprooted population of Pakistan is now forced to live on highways and open places while suffering from illnesses of Dengue, Malaria, Cholera, Typhoid and skin ailments.

Factually, Pakistan is being punished by the greenhouse gas emissions of the Western and other developed countries, as Pakistan’s greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions are less than 1% of the world total, and GHG emissions per person, at 2 tonnes per year, are less than half the global average.

In view of the situation explained above, which you will be personally viewing during your visit to Pakistan, it is earnestly hoped that the UNO under your able leadership will immediately spring into action to not only help Pakistan to rebuild the country, but a mechanism or a Marshall plan type scheme be developed to compensate Pakistan’s losses and sufferings caused by GHG emissions of the developed world, for which, as a first step, all foreign loans/debts obtained from (countries and lending agencies) by Pakistan, must be immediately waived off, exactly in line with your motto, at Twitter account quoted below:

According to the news emanating from India it is planning to host the G-20 2023 summit in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K) region. It has set up a committee to make arrangements for the event, which the government of Pakistan has already very forcefully rejected.

The Indian move has deepened tensions with Pakistan, which strongly dismissed the unilateral changes in the status of the disputed IIOJ&K’s constitutional guarantees with India (which were even rejected by the Indian Supreme Court) and termed it as a violation of both international laws as well as bilateral understandings between the two nuclear-armed neighbours.

Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized ‘disputed’ territory between Pakistan and India. The territory has been under forcible and illegal occupation of India since 1947 and this dispute has remained on the agenda of the United Nations Security Council for over seven decades.

India was responsible for widespread atrocities and egregious human rights violations in IIOJ&K. From the year 1947 about over two Million Kashmiris have lost their lives, limbs, eyesight, honour and properties under planned acts of war crimes, rapes and genocide by the Indian occupation forces. Numerous reports of the UN, including the two commissioned by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in 2018 and 2019, have re-confirmed ongoing Indian atrocities against the Kashmiri people.

Most gravely, Modi’s Indian government after unlawful abrogation of the Article 370 has been seeking to change the demographic structure of the occupied territory in flagrant violation of the relevant UN Security Council resolutions, international law, and the 4th Geneva Convention, after it violated not only all the international commitments but the ruling of the Indian Supreme Court (ISC)  of 3 April 2018 wherein, the ISC ruled that the Article 370 of the Constitution was not a “temporary provision” and the issue concerned was covered by the judgment of the ISC in the 2017 SARFAESI matter, where the ISC had held that despite the headnote of Article 370, it is not a temporary provision. The ISC dwelling over Article 370 of the Constitution, conferring special status on Jammu and Kashmir and limiting the Indian Central government’s power to make laws for the state, had acquired permanent status through years of existence, making its ABROGATION IMPOSSIBLE. Moreover, the Indian government possessed NO UNILATERAL AUTHORITY to annex the State of Jammu and Kashmir without the permission through resolution of its State Assembly.

After the testimony (at # 26 above) of Prof. Gregory Stanton of Genocide Watch, about a certain and definite impending genocide of 220 million Muslims in mainland India, it is lawfully binding and imperative upon the entire world leadership, particularly on the SG UNO and all the G-20 leaders, to bring all those Indians to justice for their crimes against humanity in the Indian occupied Kashmir and in the Indian mainland, before the war crimes tribunal at The Hague; and immediately expel India from the G-20 and all prestigious world forums, because all of you now cannot sit with the Prime Minister Narendra Damodar Das Modi, whose hands are soiled with the blood of the innocent Kashmiris and Indian Muslims.

All the past Pakistani civil and military rulers always focused on the longevity of their governments. 

Thus, resulting in putting the cart before the horse i.e., personal interest before the development of the country. Our rulers failed to plan for the future, which has in fact, taken Pakistan backwards; as in the economic race, if a nation is not moving forward, it is sliding backwards.
Nations can survive military occupation, but can not survive economic collapse, as witnessed in the formation of 15 new states after the dissolutions of the Soviet Union in 1991, whose military might looked hapless to keep the country united.

As such, all current Pakistani civil and military leadership at the helm of the national affairs, must clearly understand that, if, no selfless emergent corrective actions are initiated, this sinking ship, Allah forbid, make not take long to touch the bottom of the sea.

Suggested steps for economic resurrection of PakistanUnity of the nation is the need of the hour. No single political party or institution of Pakistan has the capacity to unite the nation. 

Moreover, this grave economic crisis of Pakistan will not allow any further waste of time and resources in the luxury of a care taker government, which after another 90 days will hold fresh elections. Here, we must remember that expecting a different result by doing something again and again, without any change, is insanity. 

And assuming, even if any party after the elections gets simple or good majority, we know very well that somehow, our political parties badly lack required capable manpower, resources, will, capacity and planning to steer Pakistan, out of this extraordinarily serious economic crisis.
Although, today it looks like an economic crisis for Pakistan, but in fact, it is a structural defect of our entire economic, political, judicial and governance systems, which were ONLY installed to serve the ONE percent elite of Pakistan, that needs an immediate overhaul and revamping; and no amount of funds from IMF or friends and not even the best finance minister on this planet, can rescue Pakistan from this almost existential financial and SECURITY crisis, without overall reforms in almost every sector of society.

In this regard, Pakistan immediately needs a government (we may call it a national government or government of experts) which must be totally free of any influences of mafias and lobbies (foreign and local), because, that government will have to immediately embark upon the following extremely gigantic tasks:

• Reforms to induct meritocracy in the civil, military and Judicial bureaucratic systems with its motto ‘Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest person whom you may have seen and ask for yourself if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him.’

• Taxation reforms with particular reference to digitalize the system to minimize corruption • Reforms in the governance system by making every division of the country an independent unit or province with maximum possible financial and administrative control

• Change of elections system wherein, before elections all political parties shall declare along with their manifestos, for the next FOUR years term, a list of best capable deserving and honest persons for the judgement of the general public, which shall vote only for that PARTY and not for individuals. After the results of voting (to be held on EVM) every party should have representation according to their percentage of votes and the party getting maximum percentage should be allowed to form the government. In this way, for example if a party gets 30 percent votes, the top 30 percent members notified in its list shall be automatically elected for the assembly and there will be no voting for each members election.

• Since, general public is crushed with almost daily increase in prices of every item, because businessmen increase their profits un-proportionately to the actual increase of prices of all such items (not withstanding that some of them also indulges in thefts of national resources of water, electricity and gas in connivance with the employees of these utilities) like mineral water, POL marketing companies, textiles, cement, flour, wheat, cotton, rice, fertilizers, pesticides, transport, aviation, steel, automobiles, educational institutions charging exorbitant amounts of fees and all items connected with masses, it is proposed to counter this emergency situation, which is virtually killing (economically and otherwise also) the general public, a system and procedure must be devised to nationalize all such industries and businesses in the larger national interest. Yes there will be lots of hue and cry, but let us now build a Pakistan for the poor also; because the best capitalist system failed in our country for the last 75 years to serve the 99 percent have nots

• To devise a 50 years development plan for Pakistan divided in 10 plans of five years each, in consultation with every stake holder, particularly, the weakest sections of our society, like the farmers, labourers, women and the minorities. This plan should be sacrosanct like our constitution and can be improved with the needs of times, but no political or other party can shelve it.

My Humble contributions in forcing India to remove mention of the word “Pakistan” in joint statement of U.K. -India and absolute removal of the mention of the words “PAKISTAN” and “MUMBAI and PATHANKOT attacks” from the following joint statements:

1. India – EU meeting in New Delhi between Modi and President Ursula von der dated 25 April 2022.
2. Indian Joint statements of Modi’s recent visits (2-4 May22) to Germany, Denmark and France.
3. Indian Joint statement after Modi’s meetings with five Nordic countries (Denmark, Iceland, Finland, Sweden and Norway) in Denmark on 4 May 2022.

I continued to relentlessly serve the motherland despite IN WRITING DEATH THREAT OSTENSIBLY FROM THE INDIAN SECRET AGENCY RA&W and ENSURED that Indian government was FORCED to SPECIFICALLY REMOVE the name of PAKISTAN, as a country exporting terrorism, from the below reproduced Para 17 of the U.K.-India joint statement dated 22 April 2022 (link:-https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/prime-minister-boris-johnsons-visit-to-india-april-2022-uk-india-joint-statements/uk-india-joint-statement-april-2022-towards-shared-security-and-prosperity-through-national-resilience ) after the very recent visit of the PM Britain to India. In this connection, I contacted via Twitter with PM Boris Johnson and forwarded my open letters to the PM Japan dated 18 March 2022 and to the President of the USA dated 13 April 2022 which were also published in the news papers.

Para # 17 of U.K. – India joint statement dated 22 April 2022, wherein, the word PAKISTAN was removed.

Whereas, the name of PAKISTAN as a country exporting terrorism and Mumbai and Pathankot incidents were SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED in the following two joint statements:

2. Modi’s visit to Germany, Denmark and France 2-4 May 2022. (All these leaders were written open letters by me, before Modi landed in these countries, exposing India in wrongly defaming and maligning Pakistan to hide its atrocities against Muslims in Kashmir and India).
3. Modi’s meeting with five Nordic countries in Denmark on 4 May 2022. (All these leaders were written open letters by me exposing Indian genocidal acts against Muslim minorities, which India always tried to hide by falsely maligning and defaming Pakistan with untenable charges of terrorism in India).
