Nation salute the PTI and PAT leadership and workers for giving us a NEW PAKISTAN..!

Alhamdolillah New Pakistan is Finally Here !!!!!!

The generation we make fun of as Burger Generation, dancing on Junoon music, led by a determined single track but brave and gutsy cricket captain and a semi mad preacher have done what we miserably failed to do in the last 67 years. Change the destiny of Pakistan. They were brave enough to do it what we could not and where we failed.
No doubt anymore that the new dawn is here. The new Pakistan is here. Quaids Pakistan is here and above all Pakistan is in safe hands !!!!!

Difficult to comprehend what i saw and what i am witnessing today. I had tears in my eyes and wished i could be there.I am so moved that i cannot even describe what i am seeing.

All commentaries and predictions by so called analysists, politicians and political pundits have been defied, shattered, belied and are meaningless. The event was such that it proved to be beyond party lines. I saw a six year old kid with his hair dyed in Pakistan
flag color sitting on the shoulders of his fashionable dad with a Pakistan flag in hand standing on the side of the road and then joining the procession. OMG.
No one should have any doubt about the numbers today. TV channels are showing them. Kids, Old, Women, Youth, People in wheel chairs, Ordinary Pakistanis.

I have ten ex Air Force friends and civilian friends in it with their families in the history making procession and gathering. They were giving minute to minute update. They say there are tears in their eyes and are in a moment of jubilation they never experienced before. They describe it as a sea of Pakistanis across party lines. Numbers do not matter now. This despite the fact that there is checking, barriers, cordons and arrests in each district of Punjab with strict instructions to the police and DCO’s that they must prevent people from reaching Islamabad.

A million fold credit to the those braves and lucky ones who made the effort and endured to be there for participating in these defing and historic moments today for a new Pakistan. Like it or not, New Pakistan is here. Forces of status quo and evil, sofa analysists, so called intellectuals, wise men have lost for the first time in our history and Pakistan politics has changed forever. Ordinary people of Pakistan have at last woken up to get their rights after a slumber and detachment of 67 long years. Nobody can push them around anymore.

All credit once again to IK, TUQ and the people we called burger generation and took them so lightly. They certainly have beaten my generation to it by practically showing it to us what we could never do. Get out on the road and protest for what we believe in.They braved weather, sleeping on the road, not much to eat and no facilities for days. Happy, dancing and steadfast what they believe in and standing next to their leader they trust. Saluting all of you. Bravo !

Thank you IK, Thank you TUQ and thank you the valliant armed forces of Pakistan.

You are derserving our heroes and winners and shall be architects of the Quaids Pakistan where there will be justice, accountability, rule of law, equality, opportunity and shall be free of exploitation by thugs and robbers.

In short nothing will ever be same again. The Government, old political hands and the old system has become completely immaterrial and irrelevant today. It is now just a matter of time. Long Live Pakistan !!!!

Don’t Forget to Set Team Process Goals

People in teams often think they already know how to work together. But each person probably has a different style of working. In order to define the team culture, you need to establish process goals (how you will work) in addition to task goals (what you will work on). Address what it will feel like to work with the team: Will everyone share responsibilities or will someone assign tasks? Then think about what the relationships will look like, and what you want from them: Will they be social and personal or all business? Will they divide and conquer, or work side-by-side? Finally, concentrate on what you value: Do we care about speed or accuracy? Risk-taking or compliance? Innovation or building on core strengths? It’s always good to spell out what you’re aiming for so the team’s culture doesn’t evolve by itself in a different direction.

Correction Mr. Imran Khan, Louis Moinet wrist watch is worth Rs.46 Crore (about half a billion) and NOT worth Rs.10 Crore, as mentioned by you in your speech on 18 August, 2014.

India calls off secretary-level talks with Pakistan

By Web Desk Tribune Published: August 18, 2014

India has called off foreign secretary-level bilateral talks with Pakistan, which were scheduled to be held on August 25, according to the Times of India.

The development follows a meeting between Pakistani High Commissioner to India Abdul Basit and Hurriyat leaders from Kashmir earlier on Monday.

The meeting met with criticism from various political quarters in India, with the main opposition Congress hitting out at the government for allowing Basit to meet the Hurriyat leaders.

The Congress questioned why the talks had not been called off, following the meeting.

Meanwhile, prominent Hurriyat leader Shabir Ahmad Shah on Monday welcomed the upcoming India-Pakistan foreign-secretary level talks. However, he said that bilateral dialogue between the two countries would not resolve the

Kashmir issue, according to TOI.
“We welcome the talks between India and Pakistan but bilateral talks cannot resolve Kashmir issue as we have seen that such initiatives always ended in failure over the past six decades,” Shah said.

Shah elaborated that the Kashmir issue could not be resolved without the inclusion of the “true leadership” of Jammu and Kashmir in the resolution process.

He went on to say there was nothing wrong with the Pakistani envoy meeting Hurriyat leaders. “India and Pakistan are parties to the Kashmir dispute but we are the basic party. What is wrong if one party meets the other party?” he said.
