India needs peace more than Pakistan..!
An old sincere advice to India, which will always remain pertinent.
Indian PM said money doesn’t grow on trees. It does grow on a tree named PEACE However it is gobbled up by a ghost named WAR.
India is a much much larger country with a very small heart; and even a smaller mind. However, the fact remains, that there can be no peace in the sub-continent, without the consent of India.
Pakistan is already continuously in a state of war, since 1979; and is hardly making its both ends meet. Under the prevalent situation, India had two choices.
Firstly, to go the easy way of further destabilizing Pakistan, by reducing relations to the bare minimum, keep building physical pressure on Pakistan, with acts of sabotage and insurgency from its bases in Afghanistan; and through its international stooges, like the current government of Bangladesh.
Secondly, India had the chance to offer sincere hand of friendship, help and extend support to Pakistan, so that it comes out of its quagmire.
If India had opted for the second option, no doubt Pakistan would have been indebted to India forever; with the result that most importantly, the Kashmir issue, which has become such a financial and political burden for India, would have been eased out much peacefully and amicably, than one could ever have imagined.
Besides the foregoing, the huge gains of economic and political mileage to India, may have made it a bigger player in the world arena, than China.
India’s export target of USD 200 billion for year 2010-11 seems far behind, if compared with China, whose exports in a single month exceeds USD 200 billion.
The main secret of China’s exceptional economic performance is its peace policy towards Taiwan. For India, if it has decided not to play as a second fiddle to China, peace with Pakistan, should be the corner stone of its foreign & economic policy.
The present policy of just buying time to wait and see Pakistan falling down is in fact, hurting India more in economic & strategic terms.
Just imagine, the shape of India & its influence in the world if, at present, its exports were for example USD 3000-3600 billion per annum. It is high time India recognized its potential, realized the dividends of peace and must not settle for less, more so when both, China & Pakistan are nuclear powers.
Moreover, India must have that much self confidence that even if Pakistan wants, it can’t conquer India. So, the onus is on the bigger neighbor to go an extra mile, in pursuit of peace and as a minimum, immediately allow viewing of all Pakistani TV channels in India, restoration of full sporting and cultural relations and unilateral withdrawal of all its military from Siachin; and then see the un-imaginable dividends of these steps.
For Pakistan, acrimony in relations with India is no more an option and similarly for India shallow peace initiatives is a mere time waster.
The only option for India is GENUINE & AUTHENTIC peace in the region from Afghanistan to SriLanka. In this way, the biggest dividend which will accrue to India is the change of Chinese attitude towards India, as well.
So, India must see the intrinsic benefits of peace and shun any hegemonic designs, with not only Pakistan, but all it’s neighbors.
Nowadays, even a country like Bhutan can’t be invaded; so, why to waste so much resources on military matters, when the strength of a nation lies in eliminating poverty and ignorance, like Switzerland, which doesn’t even possesses a regular Army and easily survived in both world wars.
Still, India is banking on its policy of playing the waiting game, to make Pakistan as much week as possible, so that in future, it’s status is no more than the state of Bhutan.
Here, again the myopic Indian policy, which is basically pursued because of lack of any statesman in India, is keeping hundreds of teeming millions of sub-continent, into poverty and ignorance.
Firstly, India must remember that a stable and progressive Pakistan, standing on its own strong feet, is far more in benefit for India, rather than the vice versa.
Secondly, covert or overt war is not a viable and sensible option, either for India or Pakistan; and this is an absolutely ruled out option as well.
Thirdly, it’s the rule of nature that any larger nation focussing all it’s energy and resources, in competition with a smaller nation, drags itself, at least mentally, to the level of that small country.
The decadent myopic policy of waiting game, to see the demise of nuclear Pakistan, is not going to serve India, either in short or long term.
So, my advice to the Indian leadership and intellegensia is, to not only think and act like a large nation, but, also to behave like a large country.
Pakistan at crossroads..!
These are defining moments for Pakistan.
If corrupt Mafia wins, Pakistan will forever, remain a Banana Republic.
However, if across the board accountability process succeeds, Inshallah, Pakistan will emerge as the most enviable nation in the world.
Currently, the situation is very delicately and evenly poised; and we have to keep our fingers crossed.
Political cricket..?
Another Indian secret agency RAW’s agent (Anurag Thakur, Secretary BCCI) opens his mouth again and says India will not play cricket with Pakistan, if it harbours Dawood, continues dialogue with Hurriyat.
As already informed few weeks earlier, BCCI and its Secretary are veritable arms of the Indian secret agency RAW; and the ICC and the world cricket boards, must immediately act to ban him from holding any official cricketing office in India or anywhere in the world, before it’s too late and the whole world of cricket is polluted, politicised and finally doomed.
In the mean time, Pakistan will also not play vs India, till Samjhota Express burning criminals are punished & India harbours Ajit Doval (Indian National Security Advisor) the terrorist who admitted his own acts of terror in Pakistan. His video is available on the google. Link:- http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x2e7c0o_ajit-kumar-doval-talking-on-taliban-issue-he-is-indian-national-security-adviser-to-mr-modi_news
ICC should also immediately decide to move the next T20 World Cup 2016, scheduled to be held in India.
How to change the destiny of Pakistan envisioned by the father of the nation?
An open letter to the Prime Minister.
Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif,
AoA.
Sir,
Somehow, I know without any doubt that whenever, you pray or visit the Holy land for prayers at Khana-e-Kaaba and Masjid-e-Nabvi (SAWW), the well being and glory of Pakistan and its nationals, is always at the center of your heart, while bowing to Allah (ST) for prayers.
I also have a confirmed belief that Allah (ST) has given you the chance to become the Prime Minister of Pakistan for the third time, to take some special task. However, it is up-to you to make your best mental, physical or sincere efforts to achieve that special task, or pass the time in normal routines.
And to enable you to succeed in chosen task for you, Allah (ST) is slowly, but gradually, creating favourable circumstances and golden opportunities. And to see these favours of Allah (ST), one need to have the required vision, rather than the ordinary eyesight.
Here, my mind goes to a famous saying of Helen Keller, quoted as below:
“The only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision.”
In my humble opinion the mission Allah (ST) wants you to accomplish is the “THE CHANGE FOR GOOD OF THE DESTINY OF PAKISTAN AND ITS RESIDENTS”.
As you may be well aware; and we have seen and observed in our lifetime, the changing of destiny of many countries, which were even worse off than our nation, like China, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Gulf Emirates, Japan, Germany and many European countries completely and 100% devastated and ravaged by the wars.
Sir, your this tenure consists of a period of 5 years or 60 months, out of which 26 months (43+ %) have gone passed and only about 34 months are left.
As they say, better late than never. Still, if you are able to lead the nation to motivate, generate and channelize positive energy of 20 crore population, for rebuilding (by working DAY and NIGHT the remaining man-hours of 34 months can be converted into the man-hours of 68 months), Pakistan as one of the top ten countries of the world.
In this regard, one thing is absolutely clear that the hard work, sacrifices of personal comfort, absolute sincerity, impeccable honesty, elimination of VIP and SIFARISH culture, zero tolerance for (inefficiency, corruption, wastage of natural resources, nepotism and favouritism and no compromise on rule of law) must come from the Prime Minister himself, who should tighten his belt, to become the prime mover of all the engines of growth and development in the country.
We have witnessed in our times many examples of one man leadership of China, Malaysia, Singapore etc., changing the fate of their countries, single handedly.
Obviously, these leaders gave the blue print of their own vision to the next line of leadership, selected PURELY on merit, which was meticulously executed by the lower cadres of leadership.
Mian Nawaz Sharif Sahab, the biggest advantage you posses over those leaders discussed above, is the availability of very fast internet and super computers, which can perform the job of years in days.
Second advantage, which you can obtain is the unconditional cooperation of the entire population, to join your hands in the implementation of the vision of re-building a prosperous and developed Pakistan, if you can assure the nation that you are ready to work with all Pakistanis purely on merit, without any consideration of your relatives or party affiliation.
Third advantage, you will automatically obtain, in the shape of unqualified cooperation from the politicians, Judiciary, civil and military bureaucracy, professionals, businessman, labourers, students and farmers etc., if you can assure them that from now onwards, no appointment or case will be approved without merit. Also you will not disapprove dissent (in the national interest) coming from any level, as happened recently, in the case of a senior police officer, who was taken to task, for the reasons known to all and sundry.
This is necessary because a country of 20 crore population can not be controlled by a PM, CM or ministers. Every Pakistani working in the fields, factories or offices will have to perform his duty as if he was himself the PM of the country. You will have to make 20 crore PM’s who should be delivering their duties only having fear of Allah (ST) and fully abiding the law of the land.
Sir, in support of the completion of your vision (stated above) Allah (ST) has already bestowed Pakistan, with unimaginable and unbelievable advantages of China Pakistan Economic Corridor, reduction in oil prices, the nuclear agreement of Iran with the West and the huge success of operation Zarb-e-Azb shall INSHALLAH, result in huge economic, industrial and social benefits for Pakistan.
Mr. Prime Minister the die is cast for the change of the destiny of Pakistan. The time is waiting for you to grasp with both hands, the golden opportunity of the centuries, by announcing and taking the nation into full confidence, about your next 100 years plan (divided in 20 five years plans) for Pakistan.
Man is mortal his deeds can be immortal.
Kind Regards,
Syed Nayyar Uddin Ahmad
Whither justice in the Samjhota Express Indian terrorist buring?
Why Pakistan is not demanding from India such details of the 18/2 Samjhota Express burning in 2007?
Times of India reports:( http://m.timesofindia.com/india/Modi-Sharif-talks-Top-10-highlights/articleshow/48015511.cms ) that Pakistan agrees to India’s demand to provide voice samples of the accused of the 26/11 Mumbai attack.
Why world # 3 ranked Test team is world # 9 ranked ODI team?
How strange it is that Pakistani cricket team is ranked among the world’s top three in the Test matches version of the game, but it is ranked in the bottom three of the ODI version of the game.
The world # 1 Test team of South Africa is # 4 ranked ODI team and the world # 2 Test team of Australia is # 1 ranked ODI team.
However, the world # 3 Test team of Pakistan is # 9 ranked ODI team of the world.
In fact, among the Test playing nations in the ODI rankings, we are the second last team of the world. Only Zimbabwe’s ODI team is ranked below Pakistan.
Since, more or less same players play the same way, the both versions of the game, the only reason which comes to mind about the problem with the Pakistani team, in its poor performance in the ODI version is that they just can’t play the ODI games, in its modern style, with aim in the mind of scoring above 300, 350 or 400+ runs in 50 overs.
Our world records of lowest score & average in first ten overs and world record of playing highest dot balls clearly/visibly points towards the faults, which if improved, can easily transform our same team into the top 5 ODI teams of the world.
However, this milestone cannot be achieved with openers like recently turned timid Ahmad Shahzad or afraid of playing moving ball outside the off stump, Muhammad Hafeez.
Moreover, players like Shoaib Malik and Asad Shafiq will always be an impediment in the top notch performance of our ODI team.
Actually, our team needs two or three more fearless batsmen like Sarfraz Ahmad and Awais Zia.
Currently with ONLY one Sarfraz Ahmad, it is not for nothing that we are 9th ranked team in the world.
In fact, the PCB chairman who approves the team and selectors who originally selects the team, must not do this ZULM or cruelty with Pakistani team by selecting utterly undeserving players like Shoaib Malik, Asad Shafiq, Muhammad Hafeez and Ahmad Shahzad; and keeping out true ODI material players like Umer Akmal and Awais Zia.
The Chairman PCB must note this fact that cricket is a tremendous team game. And just one misfit player can disturb the balance of the team.
Furthermore, our selectors have proved that they don’t select players with an eye on future, by not giving a chance during the recently concluded Zimbabwe series, to the newly selected dashing batsman Mukhtar, to allow him to gain ODI experience and confidence under the home conditions.
In our ODI team we have four misfit players, which clearly reflects the fault lines and dismal results of being white washed by the teams like Bangladesh and defeat Vs the West Indies team in the World Cup, by a HUGE margin of 150 runs.
If we have to qualify for the champions trophy (don’t forget we came last in the 2013 champions trophy), our team should be selected on the principle of horses for courses; with no place for spent cartridges.
Better late than never..!
An open letter to the PM on the dismal state of affairs of sports in Pakistan.
Dear Mr. Prime Minister,
AoA.
Sir,
The whole nation knows that you are extremely furious and utterly disgusted, over the the news that Pakistani hockey team has failed to qualify for the participation in the next Olympics.
Sir, knowing the fact that more than the players, the people at the helm of the affairs at the PHF and the sports ministry, are wholly and solely responsible for bringing this disgrace to the nation, I am surprised that no action was taken against them, when exactly a year ago, our hockey team failed to qualify for the participation in the next Hockey WORLD CUP.
Sir, However, what is even more surprising is that all those PHF and sports ministry people, who were responsible for the failure of our team to qualify for the next WORLD CUP AND THE OLYMPICS, have been given the task to suggest ways for the future improvement in our hockey affairs.
Sir, until and unless our sports administrators will have the fear of accountability, no improvement can be expected in this field.
As it may be already in your knowledge that our cricket team is also on the verge of disqualification, from its participation in the next years Champions Trophy.
In this regard, no one can say that prior notice or information was not available with the government, as my following 13x emails (since the year 2013) addressed directly to you, are reproduced below for reference and record of all the concerned.

Lalit Modi exposes the ICC and the corruption of Indian cricketers..!
Is this not a fit case for the authorities in the UAE to investigate the role of ICC’s hand in conniving with and protecting Indian and other countries criminal match fixing syndicates?
Is ICC gloves in hand with IPL corruption in India?
Why CEO ICC Dave Richardson hushed up this complaint dated 20 June, 2013 lodged by Lalit Modi for over two years?
Why ICC has not yet asked the BCCI to inform the names of 12-15 Indian cricketers found maligned in the IPL matches fixing crime inquiry of the Indian Supreme Court?
Why the Anti-Corruption Unit of the ICC has ignored the huge match fixings in the IPL matches proved by the Mudgal Commission Report which led to the sacking of N Srinivasan as the BCCI chief?
Why ICC over reacted in the case of Pakistani players and banned them for 5 years even before the inquiry?
Why no Indian player banned by the ICC despite letter from L Modi and Mudgal Commission Report?
Are the ICC officials at the helm of the affairs beneficiaries of the match fixings of the IPL matches?
Is not the silence of the ICC on the huge IPL match fixings a crime of protecting a crime?
Why not ban the IPL which is a known and the biggest den of match fixing in the world?
IPL: Raina, Jadeja, Bravo were involved in bribing, alleges Lalit Modi
Posted by: Avinash Sharma | Sat, Jun 27, 2015, 21:40 [IST]
New Delhi, Jun 27: Controversial former IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi has now alleged that two leading Indian cricketers and a West Indian player had been bribed by an Indian real estate tycoon, who is also a bookmaker. London-based Modi tweeted a letter he claims to have written to International Cricket Council (ICC) CEO Dave Richardson in June 2013, passing on “some information that I have just got.”
Modi has named 3 Chennai Super Kings (CSK) players Suresh Raina, Ravindra Jadeja and Dwayne Bravo in his letter who he claims were in close contact with the real estate tycoon who was also named in the letter.
He told Richardson that he could pass the same to the anti-corruption and security unit of the ICC if he thought so fit. Modi stated that he had been informed by “reliable sources” that the tycoon had paid in cash and kind to the three players.
He concluded by saying that “I hope this is not true but if true it could mean more are involved.” OneIndia News (With inputs from agencies) Read more about: ipl|

Prime Minister’s Zarb-e-Azab..!
Dear Mr. Prime Minister,
AoA.
Sir,
I take this opportunity to invite your kind attention, towards the press release issued by the PCB (published in the daily “Dawn” dated 13 June, 2015) on the findings (submitted on 4th April, 2015 i.e., well before the BD tour) of the World Cup-2015 debacle Review Committee (RC) of the PCB, which consisted of 80% or four PCB’s own personnel (M/s Shahryar Khan, Najam Sethi, Subhan Ahmad & Iqbal Qasim) and only 20% or ONE external member, Mr. Wasim Bari.
According to the above mentioned press release of the PCB, the RC found the following 5 reasons of the Pakistan’s downfall, at this years World Cup:
1. Poor fielding.
2. Low fitness.
3. Inconsistent selection.
4. Lack of positive approach.
5. Dearth of strategic thinking.
Furthermore, the RC held the following responsible for the Pakistan’s poor performance:
1. Players.
2. Coaches.
3. Selectors.
4. THOSE RUNNING AFFAIRS OF THE BOARD.
Mr. Prime Minister, Sir, there is no need to remind you that leaving aside the World Cup debacle, our nation was even more badly humiliated by the pathetic performance of our cricket team, during the recently concluded tour of the Bangladesh, which CLEARLY proved that either the people at the helm of the affairs of the PCB, were absolutely nincompoop; or they were NOT ready to learn any lessons from the World Cup debacle.
Now, a stage has come where the PCB has virtually turned into a torture giving and insult inflicting organisation, for the cricket loving masses of Pakistan; who can only vent their anger, by not calling your government with good names.
Sir, as a غیرت مند قوم we can digest defeats in sports field, but can never forgive and forget those responsible for bringing heaps of shame and humiliation, to the name and prestige of Pakistan.
Now, since the OWN Review Committee of the PCB has held responsible “THOSE RUNNING AFFAIRS OF THE BOARD” and after this verdict against their own-selves, the PCB top notches have not yet resigned, it is time for striking your Zarb-e-Azab, on the whole rotting edifice of the PCB.
You are requested to IMMEDIATELY dissolve the Board of Governors of the PCB; and please Mr. PM, this time, set an example of NOT APPOINTING as head of the ad-hoc PCB board, from amongst your RELATIVES or FRIENDS.
Rather, the new head of the PCB may be a VISIONARY person, who is ready to accept the challenge of turning (in one year) the PCB into a world class organisation.
This goal can be easily achieved by splitting the cricket board in two units of Administrative Affairs & Cricketing Affairs, headed by persons with the designations of Director General, who are known for their competence, integrity and honesty.
The new head of the PCB must only be appointed, when you are personally satisfied about his capabilities, after his one on one, interview with you.
The DG Cricketing Affairs must also be a legendary competent Pakistani cricketer.
Wishing you all the success in your endeavours to make Pakistan, the best of the best in the world.
Best Regards,
Syed Nayyar Uddin Ahmad
Few out of box suggestions for Pakistan’s economic malaise..!
Many months ago in the year 2013, I passionately advised the PM to take personal charge of the affairs of the country, before these finance and foreign affairs advisors messed up the the whole thing and bring the government to its knees:
Mr. PM! you will have to take personal charge
H’able Mian Nawaz Sharif Sahab,
Salaam.
The above mentioned news reported today on 10 July, 2013, by the jang.com.pk that Saudi Arabia and UAE are providing (interest free and conditions free) cash and kind assistance of $8 billion to Egypt, further highlights the importance of my three doable suggestions put forward for your kind consideration in my article titled “Mr. PM! there are three options to avoid IMF loan”.published in the daily “The News” dated 27 June, 2013 links:-
http://www.thenews.com.pk/Todays-News-13-23752-Mr-PM!-There-are-three-options-to-avoid-IMF-loan
http://images.thenews.com.pk/27-06-2013/ethenews/t-23752.htm
In this regard, vide my email dated 9 July, 2013 addressed to your honour, titled “Few Suggestions to Revive Economy, Fast Track Improvements in Energy Crisis and Nation Security Policy” the possibility and practicability of option No.2, of my above mentioned article was duly elaborated for the convenience of your finance team as below:
Quote. “Your kind attention is invited to my earlier email informing that the news that Abu Dhabi has planned a $50 billion investment in India; and the negotiations are at a very advanced level. Abu Dhabi has the WORLDS BIGGEST SOVEREIGN WEALTH FUND . Now considering the following plus points of Pakistan:
i. Pakistan is the only country in the world which allows foreign investors to repatriate 100% profit and investment without any hassle.
ii. There is no income tax on IPP’s in Pakistan.
iii. The Indians are severely annoying the Abu Dhabi people with objections on their deal of Etihad Air with Jet Airways of India, which will give EA rights over 37,000 weekly seats in India, after EA purchases 24% shares of Jet Airways. Pakistan must grab this opportunity and offer a suitable agreement with PIA. Indian Jet Airways is in much more bad financial shape than PIA and is owned PRIVATELY.
iv. Pakistan should also offer to Abu Dhabi, management sharing in other avenues like, Port Qasim, KPT, steel mills, OGDC, PNSC etc., in lieu of their investment.
v. Pakistan can also offer to Abu Dhabi to invest in new Islamabad Airport, expansion and development of other airports, helicopter and small planes air taxi service to and from big cities to many smaller cities and towns, and development and export of world class fisheries, corporate farming, export of dairy products, fruits, flowers etc.
vi. Abu Dhabi had a very long and successful JV experience with Pakistan viz., Pak Arab Fertilisers Limited. Now they can be offered such JV’s for Refineries, Oil and Gas explorations, defence related production items and air craft manufacturings etc.”Unquote.
Mr. Prime Minister, this news of cash and kind (interest free and conditions free) financial help of Egypt, by the KSA and UAE proves that Pakistan was deliberately forced to take IMF loan with very high repeat very high interest rate of 3%, coupled with conditionality’s. Further, it has also proved that we have completely failed in convincing our Arab friends and 49 NATO countries led by the USA, that helping Pakistan is helping the world and its neighbours, against the menace of terrorism, mainly because Pakistan is the front line state against this world war of terrorism, for the last 13 years. Our friends and allies should be cognisant of the fact that the more Pakistan goes into poverty and economic deprivation, the more this situation will breed the terrorists.
In view of the foregoing, Mr. Prime Minister, you are passionately requested to personally take the charge of the economic policies of Pakistan, vis-a-vis it’s friends, to save Pakistan from the stranglehold of IMF and the World Bank; and from the tunnel vision of our financial and foreign affairs experts. This is all the more necessary because business as usual will never deliver (like the lousy suggestions of increasing tax burden and enhancing utility services rates, so that the ages old policy of penalising the honest common man and rewarding rich scoundrels, continues in this tenure as well, which obviously is the best recipe of an early demise of ANY government).
Pakistan needs nothing, except out of box solutions, which is only possible from a fearless leader and not a timid person, because a timid person like Pervaiz Musharraf, can rule a country, but he can never rule the hearts of his subjects.
With Best Wishes and Kind Regards,
Syed Nayyar Uddin Ahmad
