Amongst the entire Pakistani TV media only ARY News channel has proved with its constant performance since 17 June, 2014 that it is Pro bono publico.!

Pro bono publico (English: for the public good; usually shortened to pro bono) is a Latin phrase for professional work undertaken voluntarily and without payment.

The way the public of Lahore has come out in huge numbers to support Imran Khan, not more can be said except that today it was a verdict of referendum against the incumbent government.

Samaa TV you are not the old channel today….what happened…hope it is not the case of money makes the mere go?

Stay Focused When Working from Home

Working outside an office, without supervision, can be challenging. Set a schedule to give your day structure and keep you motivated. Start the day as you would if you worked in an office: Get up early, get dressed, and try to avoid distractions once you sit down to work. This requires setting clear boundaries so your work life doesn’t blur into your home life, and vice versa. Set aside a separate space in your home for work, and make sure your loved ones understand that even though you’re home, you are off limits during work hours. It may be tempting to work nonstop, but you need to take regular breaks. Give your brain time to recuperate after draining tasks. And schedule regular coffees and meetings with colleagues, clients, and work peers so you don’t feel too isolated.

We must have a defined goal to play sports for strengthening the bonds of peace and friendship amongst the nations.

We don’t need such sporting activities, which increases acrimony between the people of the two nations.
