Be Heard at Your Next Meeting

Many people who sit through meetings struggle to be heard. Here are three things you can do to conquer your next meeting.
Master the “pre-meeting.” Much of the work can happen at these “meetings before the meetings,” where people meet early to connect, throw ideas around, garner support, and clarify the true purpose of the meeting. Participating in these makes it easier to join the conversation later.
Prepare to speak spontaneously. Collaboration and decision-making happen through conversation, not formal PowerPoint presentations. If you’re uncomfortable speaking off the cuff, write down what you want to say ahead of time.
Keep an even keel. Use active, authoritative language that shows you’re taking ownership of your ideas. Don’t give in to sarcasm or curtness when you’re frustrated.

اسلام آباد،لاہور۔۔۔۔۔سانحہ ماڈل ٹاوٴن لاہورکی تحقیقاتی رپورٹ آج پیرکومنظرعام پرلائی جارہی ہے ،ذرائع نے آن لائن کوبتایاہے کہ سانحہ کی تحقیقات کرنے والی حساس اداروں کی ٹیم نے وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب شہبازشریف کوواقعہ کامرکزی ذمہ دارٹھہرادیاہے ۔17جون کوماڈل ٹاوٴن لاہورمیں پیش آنے والے واقع میں چودہ افرادکوگولیاں مارکرشہیدجبکہ نوے سے زائدزخمی کردیئے گئے تھے ۔

ذرائع کاکہناہے کہ سترہ جون کے بعدسے ہونیو الی اب تک کی تحقیقاتی رپورٹ میں یہ بات سامنے آئی ہے کہ اس واقعہ میں ان لوگوں کاکوئی قصورنہیں تھاجوگولیوں کانشانہ بنے،بلکہ اس کے تمام ترذمہ داروزیراعلیٰ پنجاب ،اس وقت کے وزیرقانون راناثناء اللہ اوروزیراعلیٰ کے پرنسپل سیکرٹری ڈاکٹرتوقیرتھے ۔یہ رپورٹ آج پیرکومنظرعام پرلائی جائے گی۔
ا س واقعہ کے بعدپاکستان عوامی تحریک کی جانب سے وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب شہبازشریف کوذمہ دارقراردیاگیاتھا۔جبکہ عوامی تحریک کے قائدڈاکٹرطاہرالقادری کی جانب سے اسلام آبادمیں اپنے کارکنوں کے ہمراہ انقلاب مارچ کے تحت دھرنابھی دیاجارہاہے جس میں ان کامرکزی مطالبہ سانحہ ماڈل ٹاوٴن کی ایف آئی آردرج کرانے اورذمہ داروں کوانصاف کے کٹہرے میں لاناہے ۔

PTI and PAT must add another condition to their demands that the alleged 20 Crore Rupees distributed amongst the 16 TV channel anchors must be returned back to the national exchequer either by the anchors or by Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.

Moreover, the names of the anchors who were given this huge national wealth must also be published.#AzadiMarchPTI
