“You must constantly ask yourself these questions: Who am I around? What are they doing to me? What have they got me reading? What have they got me saying? Where do they have me going? What do they have me thinking? And most important, what do they have me becoming? Then ask yourself the big question:
Is that okay?”

Go After High-Quality Revenue

An uncompromising focus on growth can take companies in the wrong direction. Take Groupon. Once lauded as the “fastest-growing company ever,” its stock price has fallen about 80% since the company went public in 2011. The key is to find quality, sustainable revenue. Here’s what that looks like:

It’s predictable. It’s always easier to forecast if you can be confident that 90% of last year’s customers and dollars will be back this year. The money should come from returning clients willing to spend the same amount.

It’s profitable. A benchmark for a good margin varies by sectors, but quality revenue tends to be higher-margin. Aim for gross margins of at least 70%.

It’s diverse. While early-stage companies may often have a couple of customers that make up a large portion of revenue, over time you want to build a diverse base. None of your top five clients should make up more than 15% of revenue.

Today’s Management Tip was adapted from “What High-Quality Revenue Looks Like” by Anthony K. Tjan.

The May 11 election has been rated by most of HRCP’s observers as a most poorly managed affair.

Fake elections in Karachi not acceptable. Why PTI is not demanding re-elections?

PTI must know that its mandate has already been stolen Karachi.

No use going through the process till counting which is already shown on TV Channels as fake stuffing of votes in the ballot boxes.

ECP should order re-elections in entire Karachi under total army’s control

Karachi – Farce of Elections – Mockery of Voting

Many TV channels have blatantly exposed the stuffing of ballot papers in the presence of Police and casting of votes on fake CNIC’s.

Earlier today daily “The News” also exposed in its editorial titled “Where is the ECP?”the details of day light theft of 6 bags full of ballot papers. Link:- http://images.thenews.com.pk/11-05-2013/ethenews/e-176677.htm

All this have not only exposed the fake election exercise in Karachi but also the hollow claims of the Care Taker government for conducting fair and free elections, in which it has miserably failed.

As such, it the need of the hour to cancel the entire election e process of 11 May 2013, in Karachi and the same exercise should be re-done on the next Saturday under the direct supervision of the Army, Navy and the Rangers personnel, with no involvement of any civilian or Sindh Police people.

Else, Karachi law and order situation will go even worse, with the SELECTION of fake MNA’s & MPA’s of those parties who possess armed wings.
