“Everybody can be great. Because anybody can serve. You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve…. You don’t have to know the second theory of thermodynamics in physics to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.”

Few suggestions for the Pak vs Aus #CWC15 QF match..!
All concerned in the PCB and the tour management committee of the Pakistani cricket team in Australia, are requested to consider the following suggestions:
1. Young pacer IMRAN KHAN, should be sent as a replacement of unfit pacer, Muhammad Irfan, who is reported to be coming back to Pakistan.
2. Yaser Shah (most favourite right arm leg spinner of Shane Warne and also strongly recommended by the legendary Mr. Imran Khan, for playing him vs Australia) must play in the QF match on Friday, against Australia in place of extremely repeat extremely poor fielder Ehsan Adil.
And, if the team management has no confidence on the abilities of Yaser Shah, then the entire Top management of the PCB owe an explanation to the nation, of their wisdom in the decision to send Mushtaq Ahmad, as spin bowling coach/consultant/adviser, at an huge expenditure of about Rupees half crore, which resulted in Mushtaq Ahmad’s Zero contribution for the benefit of the team; unless otherwise, his services were also utilised for guiding our pacers, as well?

Know When and How to Ask for Help
People often don’t ask for help because they think it’s perceived as a sign of weakness. But you can’t be successful if you don’t ask for what you need. So here’s how to make it easier:
Help others first. Build a positive reputation as someone who’s willing to lend a hand. For example, offer to assist with a small task, or ask if someone could use extra input on a project.
Know what you want to ask. If you need help with a current project, take the time to write down your goals. Look at the most important one, and list the steps and resources needed to achieve it. Use this series of needs to frame your request.
Ask SMARTly. Many requests are so poorly worded that it’s difficult to respond. Yours should be Specific, Meaningful (explain why you need it), Action-oriented (ask for something to be done), Real, and Time-bound (say when you need it).
