A clarion call to PM Imran Khan
Respected Mr. Imran Khan Sahab.
AoA.
Sir,
Your kind attention is invited towards the following link of a news item published by the daily “Telegraph” on 3 December 2019:
Link:- https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2019/12/03/pakistani-tycoon-hands-50m-london-house-140m-accounts-record/
Your kind attention is also invited towards the following two paragraphs of the above mentioned news link:
1. The deal with the family of Malik Riaz Hussain did not find any guilt and will see the money “returned to the State of Pakistan,” a statement said.
2. He (Malik Riaz) said after Tuesday’s settlement was announced: “I sold our legal and declared property in UK to pay £190m to Supreme Court Pakistan against Bahria Town Karachi.
Mr. Prime Minister, it is clear without any doubt from the above news that the NCA of U.K. will return $190 million (confiscated from Malik Riaz Hussain in U.K.) straightaway to STATE OF PAKISTAN.
Sir, you as the top most custodian of every penny of the State of Pakistan must ensure that this recovery proceed of £ 190 million being handed over to the GoP by the NCA of U.K. is NOT returned back to Malik Riaz Hussain (on any pretext) and no one in your government is allowed by any trick or logic to AGAIN cheat the State of Pakistan, as already this £190 million was once stolen out of Pakistan.
Last but not the least, this nation of 220 million population specially thanks you for bringing back from overseas, its looted money, which was also the fulfilment of your biggest promise with the nation, for which you and your party deserves profound congratulations. Remember, Modi despite his tall claims, could not bring back a single penny, during his sixth year of continuous rule in India.

A blue print of Pakistani Magna Carta..!
My dear countrymen,
AoA.
I take this opportunity to earnestly appeal every Pakistani living in Pakistan and abroad to kindly join hands in forcing all the politicians (in government and in the opposition) to shun politics from the development of Pakistan, for the sake of our coming generations.
Our country of 220 million population can only move forward, if it is absolutely united and totally focussed, on economic emancipation of the teeming millions, rather than busy in infighting and planning to topple one government, after the other.
A time has come for all of us to forgive and forget everyone, without any exception, to make a new and fresh start, as if, Pakistan was created today.
In this regard, It is the cardinal responsibility of the ruling leadership to unite the country and involve each and every person in the nation building, which is not the job of years, but of decades.
Without the involvement of every Pakistani in nation building, there is no other way we can take Pakistan to the comity of developed nations.
We have already wasted all the 73 years, after the independence of Pakistan, in the unaffordable luxury of POLITICS.
Let us now put the horse of “nation building” before the cart and shun politics for a few decades, by way of complete and absolute involvement of every segment of society, cutting across the lines of party or any other politics of cast, creed, religion and colour etc.
As such, first we need to involve the entire intelligentsia of Pakistan from government, as well as, opposition side, including all learned Pakistanis from the academia in Pakistan and abroad, to compile a Charter of Development for Pakistan (CODP2020), for the next 100 years.
However, the above proposed (CODP2020 -2120) should have a base to compile and work upon, for which it is suggested to form the Task Forces (mostly to be HEADED by non-PTI non-government members, but PTI and government experts should be members of these Task Forces) on the following subjects, to submit their reports to the Prime Minister, for jumpstarting engine of growth and development of our motherland, in maximum 20 days (even if they have to work day and night).
1. Suggestions for development road map for advanced technologies like Robotics & Artificial Intelligence.

Enhancement (specially in the future technological fields) of defence capabilities with special reference to countering the use of 5th & 6th generation war tactics by enemies and use of upper space technologies for defence of motherland and ways for creation of culture of discipline and fitness among the entire male and female population of the country, by compulsory military enrolment in National Guards Service for three years.
7. Suggest ways for a fast track elimination of Polio, Hepatitis and HIV/AIDS by utilising the benefits of social media. Also suggest emergency ways how to make DRUG FREE, our new/young generation (in educational institutions and in society) of boys and girls in particular and overall country population in general.
8. Plans for water conservation and floods control and approvals/consensus for building of future dams and compulsory rain water harvest decisions.
9. Development plans of Alternative Energy Resources, with time bound targets.
10. Suggestions for how to create a culture of R&D in the Educational and Industrial sectors?

12. Blue print of how to turn around Pakistan into a modern industrial & technological giant and to have a Labour Policy commensurate to that status?

Policy for modern practices for Mining & Rare Earth Metals (REM), which can turnaround Pakistan as the richest nation of the world, with its current hidden wealth of over $ 51 trillion, which can be compared with the current total GDP ($58 trillion) of the top 10 countries of the world. This huge wealth can help us a lot in our ascendency in control of the world from the upper space in the coming decades.
14. Proposals for Telecom Policy with special focus on 5G & 6G and its usage in population control, health issues and alleviation of poverty.

Clarion appeal to the EU Parliament to stop genocide of Kashmiris by fascist Indian government
An #open #letter to #David #Sassoli #President #European #Parliament
17 September 2019
20.31
Subject:- Request to Stop Indian War Crimes in Indian Occupied Kashmir
Excellency David Sassoli
President
European Parliament
Sir,
The entire peace loving humanity of this planet in general and the whole Kashmiri 10.143 million population under Indian occupation, in particular, profoundly thank you and the august members of the European Parliament, for taking up today, the issue of horrific continuing genocide of the Kashmiris, by the Nazi style RSS Modi government of India, by using inhuman uninterrupted 44 days curfew (since 5 August 2019), as a tool of genocide of Kashmiris, living under Indian occupation.
The seriousness and gravity of the situation can be gauged by the following facts:
1. The Indian government in order to hide the news of holocaust being perpetrated over Kashmiris, has also imposed a complete air tight ban on all communication means of internet, radio, TV and print media.
Obviously, if there was no on-going war crimes (torture with electric shocks with sounds of the crying victims being broadcast over loud speakers to terrorise the adjoining population, abductions of young population, rapes being used as a weapon of war crimes, killings and destruction of standing crops and mass scale cuttings and uprooting of fruit trees by the eight hundred thousand Indian forces and one hundred and fifty thousand RSS civilian goons, sent from India to Kashmir, in forces uniforms); why there was any need of communications blackout, over and above the uninterrupted 44 days old curfew, since 5 August 2019?
2. If, there was nothing to hide by the Indian government about charges of unimaginable and worst war crimes and human rights violations (as reported by the BBC, German TV, CNN, Aljazeera TV & Newspaper, NYTimes, Washington Post, The Independent and all western country’s TV channels and news papers, Amnesty International and all other HR organisations of the world) why a delegation of 10 opposition parties of India, led by Mr. Rahul Gandhi, was sent back from the Srinagar airport; and not allowed to put a single step outside the airport building?
3. The magnitude of heinous crimes (since 5 August 2019) against the humanity, of the Indian forces under Modi regime, in the Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK), can gauged by the fact that the “Welfare Party of India” has said that 40,000 Kashmiris have been arrested and shifted to Indian jails.
4. Now even the Indian general public has started protesting against the atrocities of the Indian forces over Kashmiris and protest rallies have been taken out from length and breadth of India, from Punjab, Gujarat, Delhi to the Nagaland.
Similarly, many protest rallies have also been organised throughout the world cities of Australia, Asia, Europe and America.
5. Why India is stopping local authorities in (IOK) from issuing death certificates and registering cases of injured protestors?
6. Why India blinding/killing with impunity, protesting Kashmiris with banned pallet guns?
7. If, as claimed by Modi government that the situation was peaceful in the IOK, why the Chief Justice of Indian Supreme Court issued directive on 16 September 2019 to the Modi government, to return Kashmir to normalcy, as soon as possible and that it (The Indian Supreme Court) will not tolerate blocking of access to the Kashmiris for approaching the High Court in IOK?
Under the extreme emergency and grave Human Rights violations situation in the IOK, the European Parliament cannot be a bystander; and let India continue with its unrestrained, most inhuman violations, which are a serious crime in the civilised world, even against the animals.
Every moment of inaction/silence of the free world , a young girl, boy, a toddler, or an elderly falls prey to torture, rape, extrajudicial killing, arrest, detention or other forms of inhuman treatment in the IOK.
The European Parliament (in its own interest, as well) is duty bound to protect the lives, honour and properties of the 10.143 million Kashmiris, undergoing holocaust of genocide; else, there is every chance that an armageddon, may happen, which is fast approaching our planet, in the shape of an all out war, between the two nuclear armed neighbours.
Kind Regards,
Syed Nayyar Uddin Ahmad

How to stop an impending financial meltdown due to swift devaluation of PKR?
Updated on 2nd July 2019
Dear Mr. Imran Khan Sahab.
AoA.
Sir,
The current shattered state of economy of Pakistan, wherein, daily steep and unprecedented devaluation of PKR versus the USD, whose interbank rate was higher than the forex market rate a few days back and the Bloomberg has rated PKR as the worst performing currency of Asia, regularly crashing of stock exchange market, unimaginable jump in prices of daily items of use like lemon being sold at Rs.400 per KG, increase in rates of utilities on an unending and continuous basis, exponentially increasing costs of health and education, reflects only one thing that there was now virtually no effective government in Pakistan, to protect the rights of the hapless Pakistani masses from the tricks and vagaries of traders, businessmen, industrialists and bureaucracy of the country.
Sir, the entire population of Pakistan is in severe shock, depression and despondency, due to this sudden economic crisis, severely affecting every Pakistani who is desperately looking towards you as a competent and honest leader and above all a saviour of the rights of the masses of the Pakistanis, to act, and act fast, to the stem the rot, before this crisis turns into an economic meltdown.
According to Britannica.com “Public authorities face a variety of crises, such as natural disasters and environmental threats, financial meltdowns and terrorist attacks, epidemics and explosions, and information and communication technology (ICT) failures. Crises are not routine events (such as fires or traffic accidents). Crises are inconceivable events that often take politicians, citizens, and reporters by complete surprise. Crises occur when a community of people—an organization, a town, or a nation—perceives an urgent threat to core values or life-sustaining functions that must be urgently dealt with under conditions of deep uncertainty.”
Britannica.com further states that “These dramatic events create tough challenges for public authorities and their organizations. Critical decisions must be made and implemented under considerable time pressure and in the absence of essential information about causes and consequences. Even if the conditions for effective action are severely impeded, citizens expect governmental leaders and public authorities to safeguard them from the threat at hand.”
As such, extraordinary situations demands extraordinary steps.
Under the current scenario the people are fed up and no more ready to listen that Pakistan is suffering severe economic problems due to the loot and plunder of the past decade’s rulers, simply, because now Mr. Imran Khan is the ruler; and if any economic crime was committed in the past, why the responsible politicians, businessmen and bureaucrats are not arrested, their properties not confiscated and the national criminals put behind the bars, as yet, on any of such economic crime charges, by the PTI government?
People also ask why all past government players are roaming free (if they committed economic crimes) and entire burden of the economic crisis has been passed over to the masses, very conveniently by the PTI government, in the shapes of exorbitantly increased taxes EXTRA exorbitantly BACK BREAKING increase in the charges of gas, electricity and CNG rates.
Why NO ONE in your government of highly educated team of Advisors and Ministers has objected on the OGRA Gas Sale Price Notification dated 29 June 2019 on the following TWO points:
Why Engro and Fatima rate is about 33% of the rate of other fertiliser companies? For their new fertilizer plant investments; when these companies are already getting other benefits, rates reduction in gas feedstock seems to be an anomaly of uneven playing fields in comparison with other producers of fertilizers in Pakistan, as GIDC was also exempt for their fertilizer plants.
Secondly, sale quantity slabs are given in hm3, while cost per unit is in MMBtu? Is it deliberate effort to ensure public does not comprehend the quantum of increase? Sir, if you deeply study the increase in gas rates, astonishing facts will come to your knowledge that how much additional back breaking burden has been put over the middle and lower middle class population of Pakistan under the popular PTI government for making it the MOST UNPOPULAR CIVILIAN GOVERNMENT IN THE HISTORY OF PAKISTAN.
Does the PTI government wants to punish the poor masses for voting it to rule over the country, without taking to task even a single person of the past regimes for its economic crimes?
Moreover, PTI’s government can not absolve itself of all its responsibilities to improve the economic conditions of the masses, by going the easy and most cruel way of simply increasing rent, rates and taxes and devaluing the currency and then asking the people to give sacrifices, while people’s representatives are enjoying all the fruits of being in power.
People also ask why the PTI government has failed to reduce the massive/huge expenditures on the bureaucratic establishment and why advisors of the cabinet failed on their jobs and even then they have not been removed?
Why absolute austerity is not mandated in the government affairs by law, in these times of severe economic crunch?
Why people are not being told about the past government’s spendings of the huge foreign loans?
Why the energy audit of the IPP’s decided by the cabinet in its first meeting under Mr. Imran Khan as PM, has not yet been conducted?
In view of the foregoing crisis, created under PTI’s tenure of government, you may take all matters in your own hands, declare an economic or national emergency and form an Emergency Advisory Council of Pakistan (EACP) to:
~Devise, execute and monitor all related policies for economic turn around of Pakistan in the shortest possible time
~Immediate steps for stopping of funds leakages. In this regard, the World Bank has already estimated about $18 BILLION annual loss to the Pakistan’s economy due to the inefficient power sector. The World Bank has WARNED (repeat WARNED) the government against increasing power rates (I will add Gas rates also) as a tool to address fiscal challenges in the sector
~ Immediate steps for reviving industry, agriculture, trade and business with particular reference to services and IT sectors
~ Immediate steps for drastically reducing imports and doubling the exports
~Generation of additional revenues
This EACP should act like a war cabinet of the PM of Pakistan, as the current economic crisis is no less grave in its devastation, than a full fledged war. The following world renowned eminent experts, impeccably honest, highly capable and reputed personalities of Pakistan may be considered for the membership of the EACP, with the status of the federal minister:
1. Dr. Ashrfaq Ahmad Khan.
2. Dr. Ikram ul Haq, who is an international tax expert also.
3. Mr. Shahid Sattar, who is also an international expert on energy related matters.
4. Dr. Salman Shah.
5. Dr. Muhammad Zubair.
6. Dr. Kaiser Bengali.
7. Mr. Shahid Kardar.
8. Mr. Nadeem ul Haq.
9. Mr. Hafeez Pasha
10. Dr. Atta-ur-Rahman
11. Mr. Asif Sharif
~ Last but not the least, currently rapid and steep devaluation of PKR is eating away every economic gain of under the PTI government’s efforts to revive the economy. Plus devaluation is sharply increasing our foreign debt burden in billions of dollars on almost daily basis. In this regard, if somehow, foreign currency inflow is channelised into Pakistani banks the situation can abruptly improve.
In this connection, like the government is already giving an annual profit of 6.75% (payable bi-annually) on Pakistan Banao Certificates, with full guarantee of government of Pakistan, we can easily, quickly and comfortably get around $10 billion, if, you approve the launch of another scheme of allowing annual profit of 6.75% (payable bi-annually with fully backed GoP guarantee) on fresh foreign currency bank deposits in Pakistan. The beauty of this scheme is that (since this much profit is currently nowhere available in the world) even foreign banks will offer (as happened in India) foreign currency loans (at around 3-4%) to its clients to deposit funds in this scheme. Moreover, God forbid, if, for any reason, desired foreign currency inflows are not attracted in this scheme, government will lose nothing.
The above foreign currency bank deposits scheme should be available for all resident and non resident Pakistanis, under special permission of the GoP (like an amnesty scheme) and depositors NOT asked any questions about their sources of foreign currency funds.

Syed Nayyar Uddin Ahmad

Governance Suggestions for a Pakistan of the 21st Century..!
2 May 2019
Subject:- Governance Suggestions for a Pakistan of the 21st Century..!
No country can develop and sustain its growth without down delegating its authorities and devolution of financial and administrative powers to the gross root level.
Today Pakistan is standing at a crossroads, or in other words, a point at which a crucial decision must be made which will have far-reaching consequences.
The major problems of eliminating poverty, building up a first class health infrastructure, bringing up futuristic educational system and providing job for everyone and justice at doorsteps seems a pipe dream, for which entire country looks towards the Prime Minister and the federal government, whereas, most of the responsibilities (as per the constitution) and resources are with the Chief Ministers and the Provincial governments.
Now, if, any of the CM and his government is performing below par and is inefficient, incapable, corrupt and sluggish the entire huge province suffers the brunt.
These days, If, at any forum, there is a talk of dividing the province and creating more provinces, the idea is vehemently resisted by the vested persons.
In this regard, the status quo is pulling down the country, which in fact, is now facing almost stagnation in growth and development, which is clearly visible in the GDP growth numbers which are almost below even 3%.
Now, this situation is virtually taking us backwards in every sense and even currency value of Afghani is much stronger than PKR.
Now, a time has come for a rapid and prudent decision, about the future of Pakistan.
In this regard, we need a solution to energise the provinces in a manner that administrative and financial powers are devolved to smaller units, in an equitable manner, in all the provinces, without dividing any province, so no discrimination or ill treatment is meted out to any area; and if, any head of unit or his team is failing in governance, it’s adverse impact is not faced by the other units of the area.
In this regard, all divisions of the country may be converted into an independent mini provinces or units or Riasats, as deemed appropriate; and given the name like the constituencies of National Assembly (NA-1) namely PK-1, PK-2 and so on, so that no one can claim that he was from Baluchistan, Sindh, Punjab or KPK, which will automatically increase the harmony among the Pakistanis.
The above scheme, if implemented, is expected to give more inner strength to the bonding and nationhood (Pakistaniat) of our country, which will automatically spur fast track economic emancipation of our motherland.
We must keep in mind that correcting system for all the economic benefits of the 21st century, is as necessary, as putting horse before the cart.

How not to be ousted – A recipe for the ruler
A lesson for ALL rulers in arrest of 30 years President of Sudan Omar al-Bashir (75 years of age) that protest against rising prices ultimately results in arrest of rulers of even 3 decades.
Must remember that there was a direct link between toppling of even a stable government and the rising prices, which breaks the back of the ordinary citizens.
Wise rulers never ever listens to the advices of the IMF, WB and pseudo domestic economic experts, which goes against the financial interests of the teeming millions, who are crushed by the weight of the rising prices, in every sphere of their life.
Moreover, no government can be TOPPLED (latest example of coup failure in Turkey) which goes for severe and ruthless actions (like in Saudi Arabia) in recovering bank loans and looted national wealth from the elite (just about 2%).
So, the best way to comfortably rule in the government is to build a strong, rather very strong middle class; and be the saviour of the poor, for the poor and by the poor. Elite class can make you a ruler, but it cannot save you from being toppled.
Protests began in December over rising food costs but quickly expanded to a broad challenge to Mr. al-Bashir’s hold on power.
Sudan’s military ousted President Omar al-Bashir on Thursday 11 April 2019, the defence minister announced, ending a 30-year authoritarian rule in the face of mass street protests that have swept the country.
Defense Minister Awad Mohamed Ahmed Ibn Auf said that Mr. al-Bashir 75 had been taken into custody and that the government had been dissolved and the Constitution suspended.

The decision of the some of the ICC members not to play cricket in Pakistan (on the pretext of security situation) after the 2009 incident of attack on the bus carrying Sri Lankan cricketers in Lahore, was a signal of weakness and helped playing straight into the hands of the terrorists, which not only gave a sense of a victory to the criminals, but was also a message that terrorism, pays.
Whereas, on the other hand, the world never stopped visiting Germany for tourism and sports after the:
~ 1972 Munich Olympics bloodbath (17 people killed including 6 Israeli Sports coaches and 5 Israeli athletes.)
~ The Oktoberfest bombing was a terrorist attack with a right-wing radical background. On 26 September 1980, 13 people died and 211 were injured after the explosion of an improvised explosive device (IED) at the main entrance of the Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. The attack is considered to be the deadliest attack in Germany since World War II. The attack was attributed to the right-wing extremist and geology student Gundolf Köhler who was killed while placing the explosive device; however, doubts remain as to whether he acted alone.
~ On 22 July 2016, a shooting occurred in the vicinity of the Olympia shopping mall in the Moosach district of Munich, Germany. Ten people, including the perpetrator, were killed and 36 others were injured. The shooting took place at a McDonald’s restaurant near the shopping mall, in front of a Saturn electronics store nearby, and in the mall itself. The gunman, later identified as 18-year-old David Sonboly, died nearby from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. His motive was unclear, but thought to be political due to his right-wing extremist stands, which would also explain the chosen date. The investigation concluded at first it to be an apolitical mass-shooting motivated by xenophobia, mobbing, and psychological issues. After publication of three individual assessments in 2017, which concluded that there was a political motivation to the shooting, and the perpetrator’s links to other school schooters became known, the investigative authorities reopened the investigations in April 2018, which continue.
~ Similarly, no one stopped for a moment, visiting Vienna (Austria) after the OPEC siege on December 21, 1975, when six militants attacked the semi-annual meeting of OPEC leaders in Vienna, Austria; the attackers took more than 60 hostages after killing an Austrian policeman, an Iraqi OPEC security officer, and a Libyan economist. Several other individuals were wounded. The self-named “Arm of the Arab Revolution” group was led by Carlos the Jackal. The siege resulted in complex diplomatic negotiations. It ended two days later, after flights to Algiers and Tripoli, with all the hostages and terrorists walking away from the situation. The fact that this was one of the first times that Arab states were targeted by terrorists. Saudi oil minister Zaki Yamani and the other OPEC ministers were taken hostage by notorious terrorist Carlos (the Jackal) in Vienna, Austria. The hostages were released after two days riding an airplane across North Africa, even though Carlos was ordered by his superiors to execute Yamani and his Iranian counterpart Jamshid Amouzegar.
~ Also no one ever stopped visiting Britian for sports and tourism despite bombings that took place in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain since 1969. There were at least 10,000 bomb attacks during the conflict (1969–1998).
~ During the 27 years civil war in Sri Lanka (1983-2009) over two hundred thousand people were killed but normal sports activities and tours of foreign cricket teams continued. Even Cricket World Cup matches were held in Sri Lanka without any untoward incident.
~ In India during huge terror incidents, never once, any sporting team cancelled or shortened its tour from the country. Here it may not be out of place to mention that in the World’s list of terror incidents India has been always ranked among the top ten countries, but no sporting team declined to tour India.
~ It is very satisfying that since 2017 national cricket teams of Zimbabwe, West Indies, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh (ladies) plus the World X1 players have toured Pakistan and found it the most peaceful and secure place to play sports in any city of the country. Moreover, since 2017 many foreign cricketers, umpires and other officials (retired and active) have been to Pakistan in connection with Pakistan Super League cricket matches and confirmed that Pakistan was the most secure and comfortable country for cricket, other sports and tourism throughout the length and breadth of the country.
In view of the foregoing, it is earnestly hoped that the all sports organisations of the world, particularly, the ICC members will fully support New Zealand in its resolve to remain steadfast in defeating the terrorism; and keep on playing in New Zealand all the scheduled sports events and matches in the country despite today’s (Friday 15 March 2019) most abhorring and dastardly terrorism incident in their city of Christchurch, where almost 50 peaceful Muslims offering Friday prayers in two different mosques of the city, were most brutally massacred (which was also telecast live over the Internet in most gruesome manner which ashamed even the holocaust).
It is earnestly hoped that the ICC members must not make the same mistake with New Zealand, which they made with Pakistan, by declining to send their teams, which in fact, was the fulfilment of the aims of the terrorists, to isolate this country (Pakistan), which was the flag bearer of the fight against the world’s longest war on terror, ever fought over this planet.
Pakistan should be rewarded not punished for steadfastly and alone fighting and winning the war on terror for 18 continues years, where troops and resources of 49 NATO countries led by the full might of the USA, failed to defeat the scourge of terrorism and left Afghanistan, one by one, after even paying money to the enemy, to not to attack their soldiers.
Pakistan (which is as safe as any other country of the world but where world’s best Presidential style security is provided to the visiting sports teams) has been unnecessarily made to suffer by the policies of the some ICC members, which obviously played into the hands of the Indian propaganda) who on one hand, admit committing terror activities in Pakistan, as part of the Indian defensive offensive doctrine of their National Security Advisor Ajit Doval; and on the other hand, leave no opportunity for using sports, as a political tool, about which now IOC has already very swiftly and strictly taken action against entire sports bodies of India; and forthwith banned holding of any sports events to be organised in India, under the auspices of the IOC. It is high time now for the ICC to take the same punitive action against the BCCI for politicising the glorious game of cricket, in line with the policies of the International Olympic Committee and charter of the ICC, as well.
In view of the foregoing, now a time has come for the major ICC members like ECB, ACB, Cricket SA and NewZealand Cricket Board to immediately resume sending their teams to play in Pakistan, which as explained above, is comparatively much more secure country than Germany, Austria, France, UK, Ireland, India, New Zealand, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka & even the USA (remember terror strike bombing in the Atlanta Olympics USA of Centennial Olympic Park which was a domestic terrorist pipe bombing attack on the Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta, Georgia, on July 27 during the 1996 Summer Olympics. The blast directly killed 1 person and injured 111 others; another person later died of a heart attack).
