Golden Words – Human Capital

People are finally declared as human capital. The only difference between  winning and losing organizations, is the quality of its man-power, including their character, belief, habits, personal motivation and abilities.

    This may appear misfit here where you try to emabark upon the people as human capital.. yet people can contribute with all their parameters and possibilities only when allowed to participate in the big jigsaw puzzle..

    No,no this is not a complaint at all.. I know institutions these days are far more competitive and professional to their approaches.. it is a kind of an evolution..

    I share another unrelated fact here.. basically I am also a Chemistry man from Delhi University.. and it is great to learn that your father was at AMU..

    You beam a lot of confidence and I am definite some of it is going to rub on to me..
